經濟環境不好，但是能感覺出來這個酒店的員工都很努力。帶父母自駕遊路過，定了1間套房，臨街窗户多有點冷，就給免費升級成2間房，還送了特色早茶，雖然設施方面還有提升空間，但就沖服務必須要給個好評。

這次西北行住的最最最寬敞的酒店，沒有之一。一家人，一個套間，兩間卧室分開，都能休息得很好，乾淨衞生就不多説了。
寧夏這個地方，在中國版圖上看，確實是小小的，但是你到了寧夏，才那能感受到她的寬廣。雙向八車道的高速，雙向八車道的大街，鼎鴻酒店居然在樓層有巨大的中廳，大氣！我們是衝著吳忠的早茶文化來的，沒想到給我印象最深的先是酒店，給老闆和所有人點贊👍。

1. 本來到吳忠參加馬拉松，選擇相對較近，而且在攜程排行榜比較靠前的酒店，到了之後才發現距離馬拉松起點有四公里，房間衞生打掃不乾淨，地面還有兩個蟑螂的屍體，洗手枱明顯沒有擦拭乾凈
2.窗户隔音超級差，晚上外面路邊説話都能聽的一清二楚
3.服務水平更是差的很，半夜 12 點多服務員隨便敲門，哪個房間找你要什麼了你們記不清楚，完全憑想象猜測亂敲，還是你們那邊 12 點都還沒睡覺，本來外面就吵，剛睡着被你們惡意敲醒，沒有回答你們還在走廊探討，這個房間沒人，不對，應該是哪個哪個房間才對，你們酒店就是這麼服務的嗎

因為參加吳忠馬拉松訂了這個酒店，事實證明我的選擇是對的。為了參賽選手酒店特意在5：30就開始了早餐，還把退房時間延至14：00。最大程度地方便了參賽者的方便。酒店房間很大很寬敞很乾凈服務也很温馨。

從酒店設施來講，雖然這家酒店不是新開的，但是總體還是不錯。第一次入住這家酒店的時候，這家酒店的房間多多少少有一些瑕疵，但是給前台説完之後，前台。給我調整的很快，然後房間也很滿意，在衞生上來講，這家還是託底的環境都很好，特別是他就在市中心廣場的一側，對面就是市政府。店家非常好。

位置：税務局馬路對面，十字路口邊上，距離萬達廣場走路一公里，途經多個餐廳
停車場：自駕友好，至少能停下50輛的專門免費停車場。
服務，前台小姐姐熱情周到，送了小朋友早餐，還有果盤禮品
房間：超大兩居室，乾淨，有兩個衞生間。小童主題設計，第一家提供小童牙刷的酒店。還有積木，帳篷
早餐：牛肉麪套餐，雖然簡單但份量很大，很鮮美。還有獲獎的證書。
美中不足：設施有點陳舊，熱水不是很足，要放久一點。可能下雨原因，房間地毯有小蟲爬過。

到店有歡迎水果，酒店環境不錯，住的屋子的門出了點小問題，也積極的給予解決，酒店位置不錯，還有本酒店的燒烤，晚上在那吃了燒烤，服務員態度很好
