The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel meals were delicious. I was very satisfied with the trip. I would recommend this hotel to other friends who come to play. The air environment in the park is also very good.

算是五指山市非常好的酒店之一了，地理位置也很棒，設施服務都很棒，酒店自帶的餐廳也很棒。有幾個小地方酒店可以再改善一下：一是6樓房間是閣樓式裝修，頂上有個三角形的窗子，早晨太陽一出來整個房間亮的要死，落地窗簾什麼的形同虛設；二是酒店356三層中台全部是挑高打通的設計，結構不合理，這個設計嚴重考驗賓客們的素質，入住當天夜裡12點，有一户帶着小baby的人家，在走廊上哄娃，娃嗷嗷大哭，爹給他唱生日快樂歌，回聲就好像在停車場裏唱歌，飄盪在三樓上下，最後實在受不了打前台電話請他們回屋去哄娃；三是酒店熱水是太陽能的，一開始不知道，洗着洗着沒熱水了……其他都真的不錯，還是推薦的！

是在小區內的賓館，業主有優惠，力度還很大，可惜我們不是。很乾凈舒適，價格也不錯，比前一天陵水住的1500一晚的搶錢民宿要好太多了，還是賓館靠譜，民宿真的太恐怖了。下次來五指山還會選這家的。

當天中午自駕1點到酒店想休息，結果等到兩點半之後才入住，説是房間衞生還沒弄好，晚上電視也有問題無法正常使用，一次性簌口牙刷也沒有，還要自己去拿，真是一次糟糕的體驗。

來海南好幾次，但是第一次來到五指山市，尤其是入住這家酒店，首先酒店是一個別墅區，設施有點陳舊，但是服務相當給力，前台和客房服務人員相當熱情，因為白天太累，晚上就在酒店用餐。服務生也非常客氣，廚師做飯也很好吃！下次來一定再次入住！相比前兩天在海口的入住體驗，這裏絕對安靜温馨舒適！
