前台小姐姐説話很甜服務很好，辦理入住還給倒茶水，還可以幫忙預訂紅峽谷漂流門票。房間很新很超值，整潔乾淨床品非常舒適，窗簾的遮光也非常棒，早上都不會透光，一次非常非常棒的入住體驗！

沒有早餐，屬於快捷酒店,比較方便。門口服務不錯，有求必應。外面的環境還可以。房間電視很大。位置在五指山，總體來説還可以。離一個很漂亮的飯店很近 那飯店比較漂亮 味道太一般了

周圍環境是很不錯的，看向窗外心曠神怡，早上打開窗坐在陽台涼風習習。大堂很高大上，是售樓部改的。房間設施挺一般，房間很小，沒有洗衣機冰箱，洗手盆也沒有塞子，洗衣服得自己拿東西塞着。客廳乍一看還不錯，但是這個沙發很難坐，根本靠不着背。整體就湊合吧

房間隔音很差，晚上十一點多了隔壁的小孩還一直在尖叫大喊，影響休息，告知了前台也沒什麼效果，床鋪上有很多蟲子，咬的我們身上都是紅疙瘩包，去年來住過幾天感覺還挺好，今年不知道是不是換人管理了，很不滿意

升級房間，乾淨整潔，有個小陽台可以曬衣服，陽台上有小螞蟻，大概周邊都是森林植被比較好吧，關上門窗就沒啥問題了，沒有早餐供應，不過出門右手邊走個三、四百米有個農貿市場

衞生：中規中矩，當然打掃可以再細緻一些，在五指山，花築的酒店算不錯的了。
環境：在馬路旁，但是植物還是比較多的，五指山氣候好，空氣清新，哪裡住都還挺舒服的。
