Location: Quiet and prosperous, quieter than any hotel on ”Wenzhong North Road”. The river view is in front of it, but there is no noise from the main road. It's a five to ten minute walk to eat. Room: clean, newly decorated, mattresses are also new. Impeccable. Service: Not bad, the lady at the front desk is very polite, and the little brother also helps direct the parking. The only dissatisfaction is that parking is inconvenient. When you come back at night, you can only see your luck and park on the side of the road. It's not an adverti*****t, it's a sincere endor*****t. 👍

After returning from Wuyuan Huangling Scenic Area, we stayed at the Hanting Hotel for one night. The hotel has complete and smart facilities, very good hygiene, and hot water for washing. There are also many small restaurants around. If there is no parking space at the door, the hotel also has its own underground parking lot and restaurant. There are not many varieties of breakfast and you may feel full.

Very perfect check-in experience Hotel location is good, quiet, backed by Xingjiang River, the room is very big, the front desk service is good, warm and thoughtful and satisfied!

Convenient to take a bus, you can take a bus to Sanqing Mountain at the door, and you can take a bus to Huangling not far away. Service: Responsive, we were given another quilt for the three of us.

Disappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest. The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️) There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby. The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it. One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way. Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

On a cold night, I would be grateful for the return journey in a comfortable and warm car. At the end of the two-day trip, Xiaohong decided to send the bus to the station early. Due to the early bus, breakfast was arranged at 6:30. Thanks to the caring butler Xiaohong. In addition, the hotel must pay attention to the management and training of the cleaning staff. Of course the cleaning staff are also very friendly, but the business needs to be improved.

I chose Sankeyou when traveling to Wuyuan with my friends. The hotel is really good, clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. The landlady is very friendly and always answers all your questions. When we went out to play, she helped us find cheap rides. When we came, she picked us up at the station for free. I will choose her home next time I have the opportunity to come to Wuyuan. (I didn’t take any photos of the hotel environment before checking in, so I could only use pictures of the scenic spots. To be honest, the service is remarkable. They gave us snacks when we checked in for the first time, which was very considerate. Although there were some minor incidents during the process, the merchant was very proactive in handling them, which gave us a very heartwarming feeling as tourists from other places. Moreover, he is in the center of the town, only a few kilometers away from the Wuyuan North Expressway exit, and close to Wunuzhou. Very good, the experience is great!
