It was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend the Triangular Tree House. The triangular tree house faces the river. The scenery is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it feels like a paradise. The room is large, with a fragrance of wood. There is a big bed downstairs and a small bed by the window sill upstairs. The equipment inside is very new, including Dyson hair dryers, Marshall speakers, Jurlique toiletries, floor heating, central air conditioning, whole-house water purification... The normal reception time is until 9 pm. The lady at the front desk waited for us until 11 pm and received us warmly throughout the whole process. Then the breakfast is very clean and refreshing. I recommend the B set with noodles, which is the most delicious. The service staff in the restaurant are also very enthusiastic. A very pleasant weekend getaway.

Our stay was nice. There are a lot of things to do nearby by taxi. The staff was very helpful to organise taxis and visits. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Food for lunch or dinner was good, but we would recommend to stick to Chinese options, western desserts are not worth it.

The room is very clean, I especially like the bathroom, which is spacious and has doors on both sides, which is convenient. The breakfast is the same as other residents, with many varieties, but I can't say it's delicious. The main meal that comes with the room package I bought is pretty good and tastes good.

Houtang Manor was built on the original site of Houtang College in the Ming Dynasty. The whole took protective restoration and repair of the old houses of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is said that this is a homestay, more like a museum is an ancient Huizhou manor, as if the most distinctive buildings in Wuyuan have been moved here. The stone monument 400 years ago seems to be telling me what to say ... Before I came, the housekeeper pulled the group, 8 people in the group, 7 to 1 service! From pick-up to arrival and all-day arrangements have been arranged. To be honest, this is the best service homestay I have ever stayed in! The butler took us to visit and explain carefully one by one. It was really beautiful to look at the snow outside the window in the room! Horse riding experience, national style afternoon tea, put Kongming lights It’s really great for a family holiday. This trip to Wuyuan is really perfect because Houtang is perfect!

Excellent hotel, clean and very calm rooms with a lovely river view. The hotel is located a bit outside of the town but it's only a rather quick DiDi/Taxi ride from the train station or town - there's not much traffic on the roads. Be aware, while the hotel is easy to reach from the town/train station it can be a bit difficult to order a taxi or DiDi to the hotel at certain times. But the hotel staff is super helpful and could always figure out solutions! Top. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a nice variety. I had a great time there and would definitly pick this hotel again.

The boss and his wife are very nice, they are good at cooking, and they also help carry luggage to the room. The B&B is very beautiful, but maybe because it is in a mountainous area, there is still a bit of a musty smell in the room, which the elderly are more concerned about. In addition, it is recommended to add a night breeze in the room. I wanted to leave a light on at night, but I found that the light was very dazzling when it was turned on. The pillows were too high. We had trouble sleeping and kept tossing and turning all night. I would recommend getting a slightly flatter pillow. In addition, the room is not equipped with a hair dryer. There should be one at the front desk. All in all, it's pretty good in a B&B.
