Front desk——very enthusiastic and patient to explain the location, how to play, and carefully hand-marked the map. The front desk lady is called Chen Sisi! 3. The restaurant is really average, the richness of the dishes meets the hotel standards, but it is a bit helpless to share a table due to overcrowding. The quality of the hotel guests cannot be controlled, there is nothing to do. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, clean and tidy, and the southern environment makes the overall park look ”spotless”. Environment: This is the first time I have been to the resort this year, and it is quite convenient for hotel guests in all aspects. I specially booked a landscape room, watched fireworks and made iron flowers in the house, and avoided the crowds of tens of thousands of people. It was perfect😍 Facilities: There is a dedicated free shuttle bus, a dedicated entrance to the park, a dedicated parking lot for guests staying in the hotel, free, a snack street, a restaurant, and a free large water world~ Reminder: Take it easy in the snack street, one family member vomited and the other had diarrhea, and took medicine crazily. Family of 6 with 2 children and a young baby. The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage. We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort. The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up. On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's. A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about. By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open. It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.

It is very conveniences to visit Wunvzhou by walking. The owners is super good. We do not understand Chinese. He help us to carry our luggages. He offer free pic up from train station. He also take us to museum and sent us to bus station in early morning. He help us to solve the problems at bus station. We can not buy the ticket from online and machine. He try to contact driver to pick up us in front of the station and pay on bus. He wait until we are on bus. Recommend to stay in this hotel. I would like to say thank you very much to them.

After placing the order on Ctrip, I contacted the store and contacted the store for pick-up service in front of Wuyuan Station. The driver was very polite when accepting the order and helped carry the luggage, and we quickly arrived at the B&B. The room is quite big, the bed is 1.8 meters, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the bathroom is large. Overall it's pretty good. It is very close to Wunuzhou, just a short walk away. Breakfast is freshly cooked, and they also recommend special steam cakes. We didn't know them and bought them for us. Thank you very much. All in all, the good reviews online are true. I will stay here again next time I go there.

The lady in the store contacted me in a timely manner, and she warmly introduced the environment when she came to the store. She ordered a meal at the hotel. It was a delicious Wuyuan special dish. The ingredients were fresh, the environment was clean and tidy, and the room was very cozy. The bedding is very clean and dry. It is thoughtful for the guests. The surrounding environment is very good. The young lady even took us to the rapeseed field in the village. It is very beautiful. The tavern downstairs is very stylish. The homestay is very close to the county town and the high-speed rail station It's close, about 10 minutes by car, and it's also very close to some scenic spots. I highly recommend this homestay.

The hotel is only a dozen minutes' drive from Wuyuan Station and a dozen minutes' walk from Wunuzhou, making it convenient for travel. The hotel has a large parking lot, a gym, and a swimming pool; the guest rooms are spacious and bright, with distant mountains and nearby water outside the window, and picturesque scenery; the facilities are complete, clean and hygienic; the breakfast is rich in variety, and there are many kinds of staple food, drinks and fruits, all available; in addition, the hotel's management and service are particularly commendable. Before checking in, a service staff took the initiative to contact the station. After arriving in Wuyuan, the pick-up driver, Master Zhang, was waiting at the station early, warm and thoughtful; the housekeeper Xiaorui made careful arrangements and was considerate; the restaurant or room attendants answered any questions and greeted with a smile. From the little things, we can see the basic qualities of the staff of a five-star hotel, which makes people feel at home. I will stay here again when I have the opportunity to see Wuyuan again in the future.

The hotel is located on the main road with convenient transportation. You don't have to drag your suitcase around. There is a restaurant downstairs. The most recommended thing is the view from the room, which is beautiful! The stay was wonderful. The staff at front desk made our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel has a highly professional staff and they go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to the lady at front desk miss zang huihui... she was always so quick to respond . They made a mini refrigerator available at 5 minutes notice and specially coordinated with the restaurant to manage my dietary requirements... Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is right in the center of the resort. Making it very convenient to access any amusement at short distance. the resort itself is a 5 star experience... The four seasons water park is highly enjoyable . It has a lot of rides for every age group.. my youngest is 3 years old & eldest is 9.. all enjoyed it very much...the best experience is the live performance called ”meeting wuyuan”... You must take the boating experience but at night.. so as to fully enjoy the night view in essence... In short... Spend the day in water park and get out as soon as the sun goes down...the resort offers you the best day & night amusement combination to plan your visit despite hot weather in wuyuan! End your day with live performances and night view... Every penny is worth it!!!

The room is fully equipped and electric smart toilet. The baby at home is relatively large, this room type is more suitable. It was very late that night, and the landlord was very enthusiastic!
