Wuyuan Ruiyi Xingjiangwan Holiday Hotel (Zhuzi Pedestrian Street)

The hotel faces the street and the windows have very poor sound insulation. I was woken up by car horns and noise from the square at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well and it was not worth the price of more than 600 yuan for one night. The decoration is also old Chinese style. Overall, I give a bad review.

The hotel is located by the Xingjiang River, with the pedestrian street nearby. It is a quiet place in a busy area, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating. The manager and the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. It is a good accommodation experience.

I have never tried such a bad hotel. I booked two double rooms online (424 yuan/room), which showed 5th to 7th floors, but I went to the 2nd floor. The key is that one room could not lock the door and the other air conditioner could not be turned on (it would not heat). Later, the engineering staff fixed the broken door lock, but the air conditioner could not be turned on (it would not heat). I had to change rooms. The waiter gave me two standard double room cards on the 7th floor and asked me to check them myself. After checking the two standard double rooms, one had a strong odor! The other one still had no air conditioning and no heating. I went back to the first floor and was taken by the waiter to check it out. I changed to a double standard room on the 5th floor that was 1/3 smaller, so that was fine! What made me uncomfortable was that the garbage bucket left by the engineering staff was still under the TV! The shower head was cracked! The toilet lid was yellow! The room didn't even have toilet paper! The kettle was dirty and the scale on the lid was thick! The door gap was large and the sound insulation was extremely poor! Speechless!
