設施很新，老闆裝修的很用心，連衞生紙都是德寶的，也很乾凈。老闆人非常好，主動過來幫忙拿行李，店裡還有衹隨便擼的大肥貓，房間後面是條小河，房間裏可以看日出，早上六點多起來轉到背後的小橋上非常愜意。行程緊張，衹住了一晚，爸媽都説還沒住夠，希望以後有機會還來。

民宿房間乾淨整潔，老闆熱情周到，門口可停車，從入住前就主動聯繫，告知路線和注意事項，幫忙拿行李，詳細介紹周邊好吃好玩的，很熱心！位置距離李坑景區很近，遊覽、吃飯都方便，自駕推薦～

趁假期從杭州説走就走，為李坑景區寫生的孩子送物品，就近遂選。壹格院位於李坑村北端，該區域最佳民宿，其他均為農家樂，鬧中取靜，江景自家徽派建築，結構很合理，周邊很有韻味。主人汪叔熱心，健談，好客，體貼，賓至如歸，升級陽台房，親自提行李，介紹説明柔中有細。值得推薦，物超所值，定不負所訂

一個人出行，老闆免費升級了房間，有浴缸和陽台，窗外就是小溪，景色很好！可以免費用民宿的電瓶車，去李坑村裡騎車衹要十分鐘，出去吃飯也很方便。門口有到篁嶺的公交，出行方便。民宿性價比很高，位置正好，在高鐵站和來回的中間點，還吃到了老闆自己做的菜！手藝超讚！下次來婺源還要來！

老闆很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，親子房的兩張床被衞生間隔開了，有私密感。院子很大，養了狗狗，媽咪，雞鴨鵝。唯一不足就是窗簾透光，早早就醒了。

非常好的入住體驗。
比起縣城的酒店，這個民宿更有性價比。
首先，民宿自身的環境非常好，比較成熟的運營經驗👍
其次，房間的衞生很乾凈，設施也很齊全，有空調，洗澡也很好，本來還帶的一次性床單被罩，後來也沒用😀
再者，老闆人很好，第一次到婺源，關於遊玩及交通，給出了很好的建議，我們一天玩了2個景點，交通衹花了180，幸虧聽老闆沒包車，包車得400。
最後，早餐簡直太豐盛、太健康了🥰，當天其他房間的遊客，也都在説太豐盛了。有獨立的廚房，晚上有遊客自己在做飯吃，太香了😋

超乎想象的好，老闆很熱情，幫忙拿行李，給出遊建議！房間很大，特別適合帶孩子的一家三口，孩子有單獨的房間，佈置的也很温馨，浴缸超讚，一次性浴缸膜，浴鹽都有！下次來玩一定還住這裏😁😁

安靜的住處，幸虧沒選住在李坑景點裏的民宿，高鐵就在景點上方開過，真噪音啊！難為景點的商家了。景點內餐飲服務很好
