Huangzhangju Hostel

This hotel left a lasting impression on me. Its exceptionally quiet environment provided a peaceful respite during my travels. Its location is also exceptional, as it's the closest hotel to the scenic area, significantly saving us travel time. The service was also exceptionally attentive, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that combines a tranquil environment with a prime location, and I highly recommend it.

The boss is very nice. When you get off at Wuyuan Station, he'll contact you, share a car with you, and take you to the hotel. Then you can go to the scenic area. He'll also pick you up in the evening and take you back to the hotel. Best of all, this is the closest hotel to the scenic area! You can go up the mountain right outside, no need to take the cable car. I'll definitely stay here next time I come!

Great house, great location, great service, and the owner is even nicer! The entrance is right on the left, and if you don't have a car, the owner will pick you up at the station! Really great!

We stayed at Wuyuan Huangzhangju B&B (Huangling Scenic Area Branch) for two nights from May 9th to 10th. It is the closest B&B to the ticket gate of Xiaoqikou Visitor Center in Xiaoqi Village on the mountain. You can enter the Huangling Scenic Area by climbing a 50-meter stone staircase. Not far from the scenic area is the Leixin Bridge. After crossing the bridge, you can walk a short distance to the Huangling core scenic area. This is the central area to various attractions in the scenic area, so the location of Huangzhangju B&B is very good. Staying at Huangzhangju B&B saves trouble, worry and time. We don’t need to take the cable car when we drive up the mountain, which saves the cable car fees for going up and down the mountain. Huangzhangju B&B is not only clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, and some rooms are separated into wet and dry areas (the room we stayed in was separated into wet and dry areas), but the owner is also enthusiastic, professional, and attentive to service. He is a very good boss. He personally drove an electric tricycle to pick us up and drop us off at the parking lot at the entrance of Xiaoqi Village, and also helped arrange parking spaces (because vehicles cannot enter Xiaoqi Village on the mountain, self-driving vehicles must be parked at the entrance of the village). The boss is also a good cook. He personally cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for us, and they tasted really good. It was a very pleasant stay at Huangzhangju B&B. I also had a lot of fun in Huangling Scenic Area. Thank you to the owner of the B&B for your care over the two days. If I have the chance to come to Wuyuan Huangling again, I will stay at Huangzhangju B&B again.

The food cooked by the boss's wife is delicious, and the breakfast is also very good. The dried bamboo shoots are especially delicious, and the freshly killed local chicken stew tastes very good. I like it very much and recommend it! Free pick-up and drop-off at the Huangling Mountain Visitor Center: The place where we stayed was very close to the scenic area and we arrived there in no time. The boss provided very good service and explained the route of the scenic area to us in detail. It was very good. I hope I can come back to play again next time I have the opportunity!

The owner was very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage. The pick-up and drop-off were very timely. The inn is very close to the scenic area, just a short walk up the stairs, making it very convenient to stay. The dishes cooked by the owner's wife were also very delicious.
