Wuyuan Wuli Shanshui Hot Spring Resort Hotel

The hotel booking this time exceeded my expectations. I stayed in Huangling B&B on the first day. I was cold and hungry at night. There were villages all around. I visited Huangling the next morning. At that time, I thought I would find a hot spring hotel to rest. I didn’t expect such a favorable price to include hot springs ♨️. I ran back and forth in several pools by myself at night. I felt like a rich man. The hotel was newly renovated in 25 years. The environment is also very good. I can hear birds singing early in the morning. It is the highlight of this trip to Wuyuan.

This price is really cost-effective in Wuyuan. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The hotel is large and has billiards, chess and cards, hot springs, many green lawns, fishing and barbecue. The room is also very large. There are probably not many guest rooms in the off-season, so we upgraded it to have a balcony. It's unexpectedly good, and you can tell it was made with a lot of care! ! satisfy!

After coming down from the mountain to see the rape flowers, I found this newly opened hotel on the way back to Wuyuan. The room is quite big (there are no tables and chairs, which is a bit strange), there are peach blossoms in the yard, right by the river, and there are several outdoor hot spring pools (of different types) where you can soak in, and there are not many people. The hotel does not have a Chinese dinner restaurant. The front desk recommended a restaurant 5 kilometers away that served really good local dishes. The hotel breakfast is right next to the front desk in an open format, which is rare. The breakfast variety is good and sufficient.

This is my first bad review on Ctrip! Although it is an old hotel that has been renovated, the materials used are poor. The floor and wallpaper have been re-laid, but the toilet and bed are old, and there is no configuration of a five-star hotel at all. Bad 1️⃣ Breakfast is in the hotel lobby, the door is open, there is no air conditioning, it is cold 🥶, everyone has to dress up to attend, otherwise it is too cold, breakfast is basically empty, I saw five eggs and wanted to get them, but they were gone, I wanted to drink some porridge, but there was only one spoon, and there were no pickles for breakfast, except for a bowl of red peppers. Plates and bowls must be washed freshly. A table next to me said that in order to have a good breakfast, they didn't brush their teeth and rushed to eat something. Bad 2️⃣ The air conditioner in the room blew cold air all night, and I couldn't adjust it to hot air no matter how I adjusted it. There was also a strange sound in the room, like the sound of AC. I thought it was the air conditioner, but it was still 🈶 after turning it off. The quilt was also thin, but fortunately I brought a warm baby. The bathroom door was also broken, and half of the waterproof strip was broken. Bad 3️⃣ The room does not have a phone. I asked the front desk and they said I could add the WeChat after adding the room card. But they did not remind me to add WeChat when I came to the hotel. Bad 4️⃣ The cleanliness of the bedside table in the hotel is very poor. I don’t know if it was a booger or something, but it was not wiped clean. Bad 5️⃣ The wooden floor of the balcony outside the room is also old and broken. I originally booked for 2 days. I don’t know if I woke up from the cold or the strange noise on the second day. I quickly checked out for one day and escaped.

During the Spring Festival, the main restaurant was closed, but I had to put up with it. The door lock could not be opened and had to be replaced. The air conditioner in the room was as loud as a tractor all night. Without the air conditioner, the quilt was too thin to bear. There was no phone in the room and I didn’t know how to find someone. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a quilt, but there was no one at the front desk... The elderly had not slept all night and finally made it to dawn. He was pale and dizzy. He had to be supported to get into the car and fled. He paid for two days of room and stayed for one day, but just admitted his bad luck and left. In all these years of booking rooms on Ctrip, this is the first time I get a bad review...!

The facilities are old and the location is remote. It's really not that good.
