老闆人真的非常好，我們中午11點多就到了，還沒到入住時間，老闆也出去吃飯了，接到我們電話後第一時間趕回來；晚上11點多我們從婺女洲回來，看到老闆在客廳裏，還給我們煮茶，陪我們聊天，有種回家的親切感；第二天我們要趕10.30的高鐵，10點鐘車還沒打到，老闆二話不説直接開車送我們去高鐵站，我們很幸運趕上了高鐵。在茗雅居感受到了温暖。
另外，位置很方便，就在離婺女洲三公里左右的地方，打車、遊玩都很方便。設施都很新，空調靈敏，花灑水流很大，設備配置齊全。衞生很乾凈，是我住過最舒服的民宿，全都是老闆親自打掃，住的很舒服，睡得也很好。

乾淨整潔，一看就很舒服。女主人温文爾雅，把民宿收拾的非常乾淨整潔，還佈置了小盆栽點綴在房間，很有家裡的生活氣息。孩子很喜歡，想多住一晚可惜沒有房間了。

民宿在文化廣場邊上，算上婺源比較中心的位置了，離不遠就是源頭路美食夜宵一條街、市民文化廣場和儒林路奶茶一條街。房間舒適乾淨，智能化設施便捷，體驗感好！出門遊玩一家子首選，下次再來，好評好評好評。

位置很好找，周邊吃飯買東西很方便。房間乾淨整潔，和圖片上一樣。老闆娘很有親和力，Wi-Fi信號很強，總體性價比
這次出差入住貴店，真的給了我很多驚喜。
首先，地理位置極佳
其次，房間比想象中更寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。最讓我滿意的是衞生細節，洗手間死角都一塵不染，光腳踩在地板上也很放心。
最後必須誇一下服務。老闆娘還耐心介紹了周邊的美食。

房間體驗超棒：入住的房間真的非常乾淨、温馨舒適，佈置得很用心。最驚喜的是這裏特別安靜，晚上睡得出奇的好，床品也很舒服，一掃旅途疲憊。
小院如詩如畫：民宿的小院子簡直是意外的寶藏！打理得特別漂亮，開滿了各式各樣的鮮花，色彩繽紛，生機盎然，坐在客廳裏能直接看到滿院的花，賞花喝茶，心情都變好了。

首先地理位置很好，就在城區，雖然離篁嶺景區沒有那麼近，但是上山很方便。民宿的環境，讓我們一進店就耳目一新。裝修大氣優雅，房間很乾凈，每一個細節衞生都做得很好。是老闆自己的房子，所以在設計和維護時都很用心。老闆姐姐長得漂亮，人也很好，跟她相處就像自家姐姐。
