明明是五鑽的婺女洲度假樂園酒店，莫名其妙被安排在四鑽的洗心院酒店，疑似降級，存在差價。當然洗心院酒店位置很好，5層房間陽台看得見金閣，所以週五週六晚上用不到去湖邊擁擠也看得到煙花燃放表演，住在度假區非常不錯，房價含各種門票，觀光車接送很方便，水上餐廳吃飯可以的。

選擇國慶節後錯峯出行，不知婺源的秋色太吸引人的緣故，房間預約相當搶手，經酒店客服與禮賓部的積極統籌，安排了適合的園景房，解決了客人的入住憂慮。酒店設施環境皆可稱好，穿行景區有電車接送，景區內景色優美，節目內容也較豐富，尤其夜景更為迷人。選擇這樣的酒店可以説是明智的，自由行或輕鬆遊的必選，點贊。

婺女洲應該是去婺源最值得去的地方了，網紅打卡點，小船一定要坐！這次選擇了這家新開業的度假樂園酒店，果然沒有失望，各方面都很新，服務態度也很好，接駁車隨叫隨停，好評。

整個園區很小，我帶個小孩進來住酒店，還要景區門口補30，一般沒啥人來。早上送的自助早餐也是我住過最差的，連個煎蛋都吃不到。人多不知道多備點。去玩水上樂園還有人偷拖鞋。裏面小吃街也是一言難盡，很多關門了，好吃的店沒幾家。攜程還搞這種2晚的，一晚就夠了。早知道是這麼差的民宿，我就定無夢了，第一次定酒店連名字都沒有的。早上退房，晚上到杭州一天了，按金也沒退，無語了，就200元錢，我看宣傳上還有游泳池，結果都沒的，衹有無夢有的。民宿離接駁車很遠，拿個箱子走很遠。

酒店很新，環境很好。特別適合有小朋友的家庭出行。 早餐種類豐富，特別是餐廳衞生非常乾淨，服務員的效率非常高。整體服務很好，遇到問題能及時回覆解決。當遇到客户不耐煩的時候，客服也能控制情緒耐心處理。前台、客服的顏值都很高，電瓶車的接駁人員形象好、服務好。

非常不錯，酒店裝修很好，新開業媲美五星級酒店，房間設施也很大氣，服務也不錯。晚上住在婺女洲景區裏面，可以很方便欣賞晚上的夜景，可以免費使用裏面的電瓶車和無限次進出景區都是優勢，相對選擇五星級酒店，還是這裏的酒店更合適，體驗感很好。早餐也很豐盛，景區很大，吃喝玩樂樣樣都有，是個旅遊度假的好地方，贊👍👍👍
