設施：配套齊全樓上樓下一條龍
衞生：衞生還是比較放心的，除了水漬不好其他地方都不錯
環境：混合公寓體，大廳比較雜亂人流量大
服務：暖心服務，新員工操作慢了點但是很認真負責，整體來説在這種城市還是挺不錯的，值得推薦，好評！

房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣。房間設施齊全，床品回舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。停車場也很方便，很寬敞，走的時候還免費贈送了礦泉水，物美價廉，值得推薦[強][強][強]

維也納設施配套很齊全的看這衞生也是很乾凈，房間空間面積很大很舒適，服務也是很不錯家庭房房間都是配多的一次性用品，家庭房還免費送了早餐給我家小朋友，早餐很簡單，但是很可口，服務很不錯，值得推薦

地理位置不錯，開車導航過去很好找，有免費停車位，前台小美女服務很好，馬上遞上熱茶。有電梯，裏面規模挺大，房間很多。房內設施齊全，衞生也不錯；前台美女介紹樓上有餐廳，味道不錯；下次來五原，還入住維也納酒店。

朋友介紹來住的，非常不錯的。酒店在非常繁華的商業區域中心，前台的服務非常的棒，快速辦理了入住。大堂整體感覺良好，乾淨整潔。走廊也是寬敞明亮的。
進到房間那是一個大，落地的大窗户，實業開闊，心情舒暢。床墊舒適，床品純棉，高品質。跟朋友吃飯，喝多了，入住前台服務員很細心，親自送到房間，五分鐘後給端了一杯蜂蜜水，瞬時備感覺温馨。
第二天退房也是乾淨利索，臨走時送了伴手禮。挺好，下次路過此地，一定還是選這兒了。

酒店還有主題婚房，房間衞生乾淨整潔，佈置得既温馨又舒適很喜慶，是我想要的風格，服務態度很好很有温度，人人性化管理，因為有帶了小孩早餐是需要購買的，但是前台小姐姐免費贈送了，很人性化的服務特別點贊

前台服務態度太垃圾了。上午九點多退房，在前台等了至少五分鐘，空無一人。住了這麼多酒店頭一次遇到這種情況，有個帶黑框眼鏡的服務員，既沒有穿工作服，還十分兇看起來要跟我吵架。看着我來前台了要退房呢人家還離開了，前台電話也沒人接，後來好容易回來了那叫一個兇啊。建議老闆或者經理好好管理管理，這服務什麼玩意兒。酒店的馬桶也沒有刷感覺。水池子也很尬，一直往外崩水，廁所和馬桶的位置設計的也很不好。但是房間確實非常大，也很安靜，枕頭和床墊都很舒服，休息的很好。但是這還三十多度的天氣裏早早把空調壓縮機關了也很無語，熱的睡不着問了前台才知道空調壓縮機沒開，後來倒是給開了。希望加強管理！！！
