I was recommended to the travel agency in the hotel and asked how to book bamboo raft tickets. I was told that there were no tickets for the next day. The tickets they had were all packages, which needed to be purchased at an additional price. We were twelve people, big and small, and the original price of 200 bamboo car tickets was increased to 260. Another 300 yuan was required to hire a tour guide. Children and children were also charged the same price. It is equivalent to 12*260+300. Originally, I came out to play and didn't return disappointed, so I bought their package. The next day, I set off to take the bamboo raft. I was told by Wuhan tourists who took the bamboo raft together that bamboo raft tickets could be bought at the bamboo raft ticket office in the morning 😂. Stayed at haloyon villa for 2 nights and i must say the service was excellent! Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.

When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing. There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too. Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.

We lived in the attic on the third floor, with a tatami bed, which was just right for three girls to live in. It was small and exquisite. Facing the bed was a large window, and outside was a large area of ​​green. It would be very comfortable to sit on the bed and read in a daze. The boss is a very life-oriented person, very enthusiastic. On the first day, seeing that the three of us girls had not returned to the homestay very late, he would call us to pay attention to safety. Every time I saw him, he was smiling, and my heart was warm after greeting him. The tea leaves that we accidentally put in the water bar the day before were also carefully collected by the boss and placed on the bookshelf. It was great!
