The general manager gave us a very warm welcome in excellent English and upgraded our room size to have a more comfortable stay.
The restaurant manager, Wang Fang, was also exceptionally welcoming. She helped us with getting everything that we needed and took great care of us during our meals.
The cook prepared excellent fresh noodles and suggested what ingredients we should try.
The people that are working in this hotel were the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the great experience.

Staying at Hotel Fliport was a delightful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Xiao Zhang at the front desk.
However, it's worth noting that the hotel's interior might benefit from some refurbishment. Certain aspects of the furnishings appeared a bit worn and outdated.

Honestly a female receptionist was neither friendly nor kind at all. Hotel facilities are so old that it was not easy to open the door. They had no breakfast service and told me to get delivery food by my own, even when I asked about how to get to sightseeing spots, she just said, “book a taxi.” I’m a foreigner who is not fluent in Chinese, but she was not kind enough to deal with foreigners. She could have helped me in some points.

Wuyishan Fliport Garden Hotel is affordable, with clean rooms, warm service and thoughtful details. It is worth staying. The most important thing is the pick-up service, which saved us a lot of trouble. It was very considerate and warm. The driver also waited for us at the high-speed rail station early. Thank you very much! Xiao Chen at the front desk also helped us a lot. When he saw that we had children, he even gave us an extra breakfast. 去廈門都是住佰翔，這次來武夷山也選擇住佰翔，酒店比較小，環境挺好，很多細節都做的不錯，花園有很多可以休息的設施，房間裝修比較復古。衞生乾淨，服務態度好，餐廳前台的服務員都很熱情。有電車充電樁，很方便。

自駕遊的寶子閉眼沖這家！停車超省心，酒店有專屬停車場，完全不用擔心搶車位的煩惱。從北入口開車過來就 8 分鐘，想睡懶覺慢悠悠出發也完全來得及！本以為在市區會吵，結果晚上超安靜，窗外還能看到山景，真正的鬧中取靜！下次來武夷山，還選這兒！
