民宿環境很好，裝修新，有電梯。二樓大客廳，可以品茶聊天，六樓大露台，洗衣晾曬很方便，還有飯廳，廚房，室內中央空調，衞生間很乾凈，洗澡水很大，舒服！房東和管家服務熱情，贊！！！

適合自駕入住，獨棟樓前可停車。服務熱情，房間非常寬敞整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴時水熱量大。請我們品了他們家的好茶。晚上週圍安靜。周圍有商店和特色飯店，尤其是有一家獲金獎的薰鵝店，非常稱讚。離景區開車十來分鐘。一家人自駕去武夷山遊玩時可考慮入住休息。

很少寫點評，實在是被房東的熱情所感動，
先説客房，乾淨，整潔，熱水非常舒服，水量充足，外面一天回來，一個熱水澡太緩解疲勞了，
再説管家大姐，熱情到位，微笑的表情很真誠。
第三，廚房設施齊全，餐廳高檔大氣。
第四，茶室大中小三個，滿足各種人員的品茶要求。各種巖茶免費
第五，老闆熱情，提供景點諮詢，代買優惠門票，還能接送到景點。
最後還要誇的是他家茶葉質好價優。我們一行七人都購買不少。總之是一次很好的住宿體驗。
