It was my second visit to this hotel. Always great to go back there. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Staff are extremely helpful, and the location is great. Thank you very much for a great stay

The location is fabulous and the service and staff are really nice but the hotel is really old and needs a good clean. I stayed a couple months ago so maybe it has changed but the pictures online were nowhere close to what I arrived to stay at. My bath didn’t have hot water so the front desk clerk brought three buckets of boiling water instead but it only filled up 1/2 the bath. Has a lot of potential but needs some work.

設施：設施齊全衞生：乾淨整潔環境：房間在四樓頂樓，外面有個平台可以看景，床是榻榻米的，比正常床矮一些，床墊柔軟不硬服務：老闆又高又帥，態度很好，還幫忙把行李箱拿到四樓，很貼心吃茶去掌櫃的茶: 掌櫃給了小茶包出門就是9路公交，去火車站和景點都很方便，公交還免費，住了幾天，天天都吃當地的無污染純天然的魚，很好吃

與武夷山隔水相望，鬧中取靜，天然氧吧。看了之前的住客意見，住了榻榻米，床大舒適。老闆年輕，隨性自然。客棧在美食中心舊街邊，就餐方便，早餐推薦真味緣煎餃；舊街的菜市場值得一逛，聖女果和雞蛋果鮮甜美味。福建之旅美好的開始。（照片是4樓露台拍的，雨中武夷山）

出行之前選了半天的酒店，也糾結了很久，因為看了差評，哈哈！最後綜合考慮還是選了這家舊街壹號。入住以後真是超級滿意。不知道這些差評都怎麼來的？老闆人很好，根據我們的行程給了出遊建議，還買了優惠的印象大紅袍票。客棧四樓左邊有個觀景台，可以品茶觀景，右邊還可以看日出，樓下也有茶座。客棧距離武夷宮步行就10分鐘，也可以坐9路公交，出門右轉就是各種飯店小吃街，特別方便。最喜歡的就是一家煎餃小店，帶着父母在這家吃了兩天的早飯，油條豆漿煎餃花生湯，很好吃！下次再來還會選這家客棧。
