房間衞生乾淨，依溪而居，眺窗遠望茶山風光如畫，屋內設施齊全，老闆人很好，他家的飯菜味道超級好，全是全天然無公害的食材，下次來這裏住幾天。

這家店吃的還不錯，但論住的體驗，尤其是冬天，強烈不推薦。晚上很冷，空調不制暖，衞生很是一般般，外面靠溪水晚上噪音很大。還是推薦去景區住，其實價格差不多。

店家特別好，做的飯也特別好吃，本來住一天就走，結果住了好幾天，就在下梅古村景區口。打車到下梅村就看到，非常好找。店家很熱心，房間很温馨。房間和圖片一樣

武夷山下梅老家民宿，位於村頭，房間裏設施簡樸，乾淨衞生，從窗户遠望，有鬱鬱葱葱的茶山，還有奔流不息的流水，就是夜深人靜的時候，有點吵。

房間設施太一般了，用水有點不盡人意，什麼地方出來的水都是有顏色的，老闆就給了一卷紙、房卡、一次性的浴巾，然後什麼都不管了，實事求是説他是開飯莊的，順便弄了幾個房間，我對這很是不舒服的，不是前那位朋友評論那樣，對我們城市來的人不太適合，謝謝給我有個機會評論一下。

酒店在古民居景點入口處，有玩下梅景點的方便。去武夷山風景區的，不建議居住，相比其他地方酒店距離遠一些，而且正好在修路。老闆比較佛系，可能主營餐飲，不怎麼管理客房，住了兩晚，沒有做衞生，沒有添置洗髮水沐浴露紙巾。環境還行，吃飯方便，價格正常。下梅景點裏一家店的大紅袍拌麪挺好吃。
