前台服務很好，升等房間可以看到大王峰，離開時還送一包茶葉。早餐也很棒，比有些全季早餐樣式還多且二天的青菜都不一樣，這個價位物超所值，下次來武夷山還是會來住。

整體還ok，前台接待也比較熱情，但作為華住的忠實會員，針對細節提點建議：1.這家酒店應該是加盟店，原酒店屬於錦江集團，房間內的便簽紙都沒有來得及換，直接使用原酒店logo，而便簽紙夾衹是貼上了星程的logo紙貼，實在有些敷衍了。2.房間剛裝修完，用料看上去似乎不錯，空間也夠用，但施工太粗糙了，房間內空調遙控直接被噴漆遮蓋，幾乎看不到。這種質量，即便在民宿也很少見。3.這個家庭房應該是標準房改的，小床看上去是臨時加的。臨時加不是不行，但至少放個牀頭櫃吧，水杯手機都沒地方放，實在不太方便。以上，和華住品牌形象就不太相符，希望整改完成後能有所改善，期待華住越來越好。

1，整體還是比較滿意的，服務比較周到，設施比較簡約 2，反饋電梯的翻譯有問題（圖三應為in case），前台小姐姐立馬説後期修改下 3，由於今天下大雨，爬武夷山褲腿濕了，找前台借了吹風機吹乾了衣服（已經退房了）
