The hotel location is easy to find, and there is a paid parking space at the door. But the boss always complains that the price of Ctrip is too low.

房間設施陳舊，房間味大不好聞，衞生間牆磚有水垢，洗臉池沒有熱水，一看衞生間讓人都沒有心情洗臉，更別説洗澡了，賓館周圍環境差一，車輛進出不方便，根本就不是賓館的檔次，充其量也就是個很一般般的低檔民宿，就這條件住一晚最多收60差不多，我們網上訂的舒適標間一晚84元，説有停車位，其實就能停二、三輛車，老闆待人愛理不理的，我們到達已經遲了，將就着住了一晚，這是幾年來旅遊住宿同樣價格住的最差的所謂"賓館”。忘了拍照片。

衞生出乎意料的乾淨，這個價位性價比還是挺高的，老闆人不錯，沒事幹可以在大廳跟老闆喝茶。

衞生不太好，特別是洗漱盆老污垢有點多，衞生間有上下台階不安全，洗漱盆沒熱水不方便。1.5米的床被子比較小，床太硬，房間黴臭味太重。門鑰匙不好開，也沒有服務員來問問，總的來説這家賓館條件太差。酒店性價比不高，各方麪條件都很一般

酒店地段還可以，在西門鬧市區，交通便捷，衹是住宿的樓層，不是介紹的二、三層，而是在一樓，房間地面比較潮濕，下午入住，到晚上房間地上還泛着潮，行走比較滑，其他尚可，總體住宿的感覺，沒有達到預期的要求。

年輕的美女比較會溝通，老的比較説不通溝通有代溝。去樓下弄快遞和去拿快遞行李放房間沒拿出來，那阿婆説都是熟人就不多收錢了。快遞弄好上樓拿行李，比退房多耽誤了40幾分鐘，説收取60塊錢。鐘點房三個小時也才50塊錢！就不是很舒服，吐槽一下。

地段挺好的，靠着商超，平台續訂到下午兩點，十二點阿姨就去敲門了，説他們都是十二點退房😅，既然走平台就得按平台來吧，畢竟價格擺這，房間也算中規中矩的

安平賓館很好，全給5分。這裏好找，武夷山北站乘生6、7路公交（免費的），到武夷山市西門站下，就看得站對面“安平賓館”的標識，下次來了還會去住。
