For the first time, I felt that the hotel was disturbed so much in the morning, and I only told the front desk that it was being renovated in the past few days. I would like to ask if there are some guests who are resting in the morning, right? Asked if it was the same the next day, just saying that the next day would not be as exaggerated as today, it means that there will be such noise the next morning? I immediately returned the room the next day. I think the service and staff Q&A needs to be strengthened, and the decoration time is more appropriate in the afternoon, right? Really don't know what to think

這次入住很不愉快，給的房型應該不是我定的房型，窗户對着一個通風井，窗户隔壁是垂直的挨在一起，房間很小估計15平左右。而且房間隔音巨差，隔壁打呼的聲音甚至都能聽到！前台女的態度冷漠，問東西説話理都不理，還好前台的小夥子挺好，問東西能及時把話接過去。

這次自駕游出來，經過了江蘇，浙江，福建，廣東，湖南，到了福建，入住了漢庭酒店（武夷山店）。這一路，我們選擇酒店大多數都選擇了漢庭，感覺漢庭酒店的性價比比較高。這次也是這個原因我們選擇了漢庭酒店（武夷山店）。但這次有點意外。首先是電梯，我們進了電梯，刷了卡，按不動電梯樓層按鈕，出來問總枱服務員，服務員説要快速雙擊才行，試了多次才行。第二天早上起來跑步，進了電梯又不行了，出來問服務員，服務員説：你雙擊的頻率不夠快，進電梯試了幾次，終於行了，我就覺得，你跟顧客天天做指導，如何乘電梯，不如早點把電梯修好，省得顧客麻煩。第二，我發現這家漢庭的房間面積特別小，就問了總枱服務員，服務員答覆我：我們這裡有機場，房子限高。我就納悶了，房間面積大小，與房子限高有關嗎？難道武夷山的賓館都是小面積的房間？第三，成敗在於細節，我們入住的房間，電視機沒有辦法正常開關，地板走到哪裡，哪裡都有聲音，缺少櫥櫃等等，希望能及時改進。武夷山很美，希望能添彩！

標準的漢庭酒店，位置比較好，坐公交到武夷宮才五站地，幾分鐘就到了，而且武夷山公交車免費，去哪裡都很方便。汽車可以停在酒店對面的一個院子裏，停車方便。服務員態度熱情，主動向顧客介紹遊玩攻略，非常好！
