GRAND HOUSE HOT SPRING WUYI

I visited Kaiyuan Hot Spring Guantang for the second time. The trees and flowers are growing well. The room is clean and generous, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and I love the breakfast. It is not only rich but also delicious! A treasure hotel hidden in the mountains, located in the hot spring town, very close to Jingyuan Scenic Area, quiet environment, very suitable for vacation, the front desk Qiaoli checked in quickly, the room facilities are also good, and gave us a fruit plate, looking forward to staying next time

I liked the Guantang series of hotels, but this stay was a bad experience. 1. Check-in was very slow. I waited for 20 minutes, and someone kept complaining at the front desk that it was noisy. 2. The room facilities were not like a hotel that had just opened for two years, and the hygiene was poor. There were cracks in the corners and spider webs, cigarette butts in the toilet, moldy bathrooms that were not cleaned, hair on the floor, foam on the wall, and the room phone was still broken. 3. I went there for the hot springs, and I paid extra for the hot spring tickets. As a result, there were only a few pools and a very small children's playground. There were no other entertainment facilities, and no fruit drinks. It was totally not worth it. 4. It was very remote, there was nothing to eat around, and there was not even a canteen. It was not recommended if you were not driving. 5. The only advantage was that the staff had a good attitude. I brought a child who was 1.08m tall and said he was too tall. I gave him a breakfast voucher, but I didn't know how the breakfast fee for children was set.

Very pleasant experience. Although it is in the suburbs, it is really straightforward. The housekeeper Qiaoli is warm and enthusiastic. She introduced the surrounding entertainment and hotel facilities. The room is also large, suitable for relaxation. Especially the hotel lobby, it allows travelers who have been driving to the hotel for a long time to take a break. You can also order a cup of latte☕️ and a classic cake🍰, which is very nice!

We chose this hotel for a one-day trip to Wuyi. The housekeeper Qiaoli provided thoughtful service, and the room was spacious, bright and comfortable. We also checked in at Jingyuan, where the green bricks and tiles are the old flavor of the years!
