優點:
1.位置還可以，雖然離開縣城不近，但周邊不少玩的地方
2.提前訂性價比很高
3.設施新，空調電視都是小米
4.房間裏沒有電吹風，老闆很晚還是送來了，感謝
缺點:
1.周邊不熱鬧，晚上進來真的是黑燈瞎火，有點嚇人。
2.房間有新裝修的味道，開窗睡覺仍然能聞到
這次入住有的波折，但衝著老闆晚上送電吹風，還是給好評吧

民宿在温泉小鎮附近，是一個新樓盤，居住的人少，很安靜。有温泉水入户，布草乾淨，陽台很大！適合自駕，免費地下車庫，離縣中心有一定距離！由於新，進房間稍微有些裝修味道！

民宿在一個沒開盤（也有可能開盤了沒賣出去）的居民小區裏，整個小區好幾幢樓就沒幾個住户，晚上等都沒幾盞，陰森森的非常嚇人。周邊也沒有吃早飯的地方，非常不方便。房間裏還留着阿姨打掃衞生的用具，衞生間上面居然還有個維修口開着天窗，我説我怎麼洗澡時候一股怪味。空調的聲音大的嚇**，晚上睡不好。説是温泉，其實就是熱水浴缸，而且浴缸的熱水小的不行，再加上是電熱水器，就別指望泡澡了哈。室外是大工地。看在老闆wx聯繫回覆還挺快的份上，服務給個五星。

入住前發現老闆有很多套啊 哈哈哈，
在一個簇新的小區裏，地下停車場巨大。如果保安詢問，直接説民宿住宿就行。
房間也很新很乾凈。中央空調，按摩椅，浴缸。廚房也很齊全，電飯煲，鍋，調料。
老闆也很客氣，有什麼問題都會及時回覆。
離璟園和郭洞都是幾分鐘車程，如果要去泡湯~~老闆還有渠道可以拿折扣價。不錯不錯
