之前住過一次，這次定了同樣的房型，卻被安排在角落正對着消防通道（並且有提前説不要角落房）床是一個床墊放在地板上，躺上去後中間陷進去床單就從床墊下邊跑上來了。前台沒有服務可言，語氣生硬。因為兩次入住都是定的一樣的房型但是房間不一樣諮詢的時候語氣很不耐煩，價格虛高，服務以及房間設施不匹配。

酒店環境超棒，房間乾淨整潔，一進去就給人很舒適的感覺。床鋪柔軟又舒適，像是躺在雲朵裏一樣。設施也非常齊全，從基本的洗漱用品到高品質的電器設備，應有盡有。服務人員態度更是沒得説，熱情周到，總是能在第一時間迴應需求，讓人賓至如歸。在這裏住真的是一種享受，強烈推薦這家酒店。

入住體驗不錯，硬件設施不錯；
晚上大半夜的窗簾自己打開了，燈也莫名其妙的全打開了；細節衞生需要加強，酒店位置太偏了，外出不方便。
