選擇這家酒店的原因就是看這家的評價整體還算不錯，下訂單的時候沒有看見下的房間沒有窗户，前台還特意提醒房間沒窗户，所以立馬我補差價就讓前台給我換了有窗户的房間，看着我帶着小孩子還給我贈送了早餐，前台還有免費的糖果，非常貼心，早餐非常豐富，牛肉麪非常好吃，都是貨真價實的牛肉，小孩子非常喜歡吃，還有很多水果，非要吵着下回還來這個酒店入住。

也是同事介紹來這裏入住，之前都是住其他酒店，樓層通道有一股香味，非常好聞，房間整體非常乾淨，房間還有小度可以遙控電視，窗簾，燈光，空調，非常智能化，我個人是比較喜歡睡軟一點的床，這個床墊就非常適合我，睡得非常舒服，一整晚都沒醒過。停車也非常方便，地面地下都有，我是比較喜歡停到地下室的，停門口容易曬太陽。下次還會再來的。

這裏前台太不人情，他説話太難聽了。我在這裏住了半個月，提個要求叫他把床單換掉。他們不換這叫什麼服務，我的朋友在附近住所以選擇在這家酒店住，提出要求他不接受，反而他説是我睡臟了要我＿直住下去。我現在沒辦法才去了這個酒店那你有照片

在網上搜附近酒店，看見這家店是新開不久的，本以為裝修味會比較重，但酒店在這方面處理的比較好，幾乎沒有，服務、衞生總體來説很滿意。

很舒服第一次到武穴，選擇這家酒店，前台問候聲很大，聽着很舒服，房間的椅子躺着很舒服，枕頭很軟，阿姨很熱情，需要一個拖鞋很快就送到了

不知道怎麼描述，門口的大姐姐凶神惡煞，回答問題震耳預聾！能夠看到的地方算乾淨，稍微移動開，例如沙發，下面就不能看了！這個維也納酒店究竟是不是連鎖，有沒有人管的？奇怪！
