第一晚房間很熱，空調沒有冷氣，在攜程上訂房價格合適就沒有告知前台，第二天早上沒有熱水沖涼。續租一個晚上前台告知沒房衹能前台續住，價格根據當天價格，晚上回來房間還是沒有空調，然後告知前台，前台的怠慢態度讓我不理解，後來在我再三催促的情況下工程人員過來了打開了空調控制系統，我都無語了，酒店的空調不是行程調整好的嘛？怎麼還需要人工控制？
