I had a good experience staying at this hotel this time. The location of the hotel is very advantageous. There is a subway station just outside the hotel door. It is very convenient to go to attractions. The parking lot is in the square in front of the hotel. The front desk staff Pan Hui and Xu Ziying did their job well, the service was attentive, and the check-in speed was very fast👍The room was cleaned very clean, and the breakfast variety was not rich and needs to be improved.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

The location of the hotel is good, everything is close by metro or taxi, which is very convenient. The check-in was incredibly slow (over 20min), because the receptionist had been checking the validity of my and my mother's passport and visas and residence permits, which I found incredibly off-putting, considering that this never happened before in any hotel in China (including other Jinjiang Inn hotels I stayed in numerous times). It felt unusual and as if we were suspicious to the two receptionists who were inspecting both of our passports very closely. The room was cute and well decorated. There is room for improvement, however, namely in terms of cleanliness; namely the bathroom was very poorly cleaned, with stains everywhere (as seen in the photo). Breakfast was large, but it lacked good options (for example there is a toast station but no butter or jelly to go with it), the juice was served warm, and the coffee machine was not working. I would stay here again, but I would definitely book a room of a higher class to at least hope for better cleaning of the room.

Come to Wuxi during the Spring Festival. The hotel is not far from the attractions. It takes ten minutes to ride to the light of Wuhu. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Shantou. There is a subway nearby and it takes about seven minutes to walk. I feel that this hotel is very suitable for family travel, and there is no price increase during the New Year, which is very affordable. Breakfast is also good, almost four-star level. There is also a bar in the lobby, a restaurant, and a gym. The lobby staff is very good and feels particularly comfortable. There are also postcards that can be stamped and look good.
