Never wanted to leave in the morning 😂😂but i had meetings to attend to . Very reliable reception in times of need .The most amazing fact is that the accept a stay in for even foreigners which is a very hard thing to come by for most hotels in china👍👌. We love the Crowne Plaza and always try to book ourselves there when we’re on vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They are near the mall so there are a lot of restaurants nearby to try. I love taking walks by the lake. Beautiful!

非常愉快的入住體驗，從下車開始，就有小夥子幫忙開車門。酒店大堂非常的氣派，這次帶了老人小孩一起出行，辦理入住的時候就有經理上來詢問行程，非常的熱心，知道我們是來玩的，特地送了無錫的地圖，為了照顧老人，糜經理給我們安排了靠近電梯的房間，還特意給小孩送了洗漱用品，前台戴眼鏡的小菲還給小朋友送了小禮物，很驚喜，小朋友非常喜歡。整個入住體驗非常的棒。安排的房間雖然靠近電梯，但是景觀非常的優美。經理一路都幫我們拉着行李，介紹周邊設施。前麪的公園非常的大，老人早起，去散步，呼吸新鮮空氣對身體也好，過個馬路就是個小古鎮，古色古香的很有江南水鄉的感覺。玩了一天，小孩夜裡有點小感冒，衹是跟前台提了一下有沒有溫度計，糜經理就第一時間回撥電話，關心詢問，讓阿姨送來了溫度計和冰塊。真的是中國速度。大晚上的這麼麻煩人家，非常的不好意思。這次的酒店體驗讓我感覺到了非常的溫馨。不管是酒店，還是酒店的工作人員。熱情，服務態度也好。下次一定還會再來！
