I brought Xiaobao with me and the room was upgraded. The lobby is spacious and bright, the service is warm and generous, and the room is neat and clean. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and yoga room, as well as breakfast and lunch. The only thing missing is a children's amu*****t park. I hope there will be a place for children to play next time I come there. That would be perfect.

This is my first time staying at the Xinlizhuang Hotel in Wuxi. The entire environment and facilities are very good, and the transportation is also very convenient. It is not far from Huishan Ancient Town, Nanchang Street or Yuantouzhu. The service is also very good. The most grateful thing is that when we left today, we left a backpack in the hotel. I immediately contacted the lady at the counter and told her that they had found it, and then asked him to courier it back to our home, which was done very quickly. It made us feel relieved, so we really want to thank the ladies at the counter for allowing us to return with peace of mind, so we will definitely stay here next time we come to Wuxi. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! But the bath water seems to be constant temperature, a little hot! There is a restaurant street around, a good place for late night snacks. Equipped with charging piles, no worries about tram travel!

It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

The hotel lobby is luxurious and the rooms are clean and tidy. David at the front desk provided good service, friendly attitude, fast check-in, and detailed introduction of hotel facilities and equipment. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, and the room has a bathtub. The breakfast is also rich and tastes good. The stay experience is very good. Highly recommended. Come again next time.
