I had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at Grand Park Wuxi hotel. The front desk workers were very kind in assisting me to find a Seafood restaurant to dine. When I was unable to get in my room, I received help within a nanosecond of lodging a complaint. Breakfast was in buffet style, so there were a lot of healthy food choices to select from. Never ignore your health while you are out and about traveling. The gym at the hotel provided me that space to take care of me. They had all the right gym equipment to keep the momentum going as I travel. If I do decide to go back to Wuix, I would definitely choose this hotel. I am sure that you will love it as well.

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

I stay at 50th floor, nice view. No building have taller than you. The staff here also do their jobs, which is very good. Shopping around for sight seeing and hang-out after work. Close to the main railway station. Good.

1. Convenient parking, with ground parking lot and ba*****t parking lot 2. The room is very new and intelligent. Curtains, TV sets and lights can be controlled directly through the remote control of Tmall Genie, and the toilet is also smart. 3. Soundproofing is ok, basically no outside noises can be heard 4. Breakfast is also ok, basically enough, fruits, dried food, vegetables, fried rice and fried noodles are all available, no problem if you are full The disadvantage is that half of the bath was washed, all the water overflowed, and there was a lot of water in the room. Later, the receptionist called the master to fix it, dredging the pipe, and a lot of long hair was pulled out, and there was a peculiar smell in the sewer in the bathroom. The smell is very strong, but everything else is fine. I hope the merchants will continue their efforts and will come again next time they come to Wuxi!

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! 本來定的房型之前住過感覺還可以，上樓發現鎖沒電了打不開，又下去。 給換了個房間，感覺房間更差了，衹是多了個椅子而已。床離電視這麼遠，電視還這麼小，不能投屏，清晰度衹有720p，看得難受。空調風速調到三格以上就開始kanglanglang…噪音很大，衹能開兩格，所以住得也不暖和。衞生間燈開關太遠，燈還這麼暗，馬桶和洗手池也破破舊舊的，十一點多熱水感覺就沒那麼熱了，真是服了。延遲退房讓我給你好評，這樣子我真沒法給！住你們家跟開盲盒一樣

Stayed for four nights, the front desk service was very warm, the room was relatively clean, the underground parking garage was not limited to the number of times to enter and exit, the public charging station was next door, and the attractions were relatively close, quite satisfactory. Two points need to be improved. First, the smart toilet cannot be used, and it cannot be used after repairing; second, the car was blocked in the underground parking lot the next morning. Although the property was on the spot to deal with the problem, I could not solve the problem. Finally, I called the police and disrupted my day's travel arrangements.

I decided to go to Wuxi on the spur of the moment on New Year’s Eve. After comparing several hotels, I finally chose theirs! Sure enough, there is nothing wrong! Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of Wuxi, with the subway across the road. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to Suning, Yaohan, Sanyang Plaza and Hang Lung (you can check in to the Internet celebrity toilets)! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Donglin Academy and Xiaolou Lane! It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, or take a taxi for 8 or 9 yuan! A taxi ride to Yuantouzhu costs around 37 yuan. Basically, the hotel is very convenient for going to all the major attractions in Wuxi! We basically take a taxi because it’s not convenient to park anywhere during the Chinese New Year! 33 Hotel facilities: I was originally worried that the hotel might be too old, but it turned out to be no problem at all. We booked an executive suite with a great view on the 25th floor! The 2 rooms do not interfere with each other! The room is atmospheric, clean, and has no smell 3. The bathroom 🚽 is very functional! Unexpected hahaha! The breakfast located on the 28th floor of the hotel is great! And there was no crazy price increase during the Chinese New Year! Excellent value for money! Service attitude: We arrived in the evening, and the housekeeper Xiaoquan was very considerate. He gave us small pastries, and also gave us very festive red masks and trinkets for the Chinese New Year! The kids like it very much! They even helped us fold our clothes when cleaning the next day! The staff answered all our questions and any small requests we made were met immediately! Thank you so much! Overall, the trip of three days and two nights was fine. 333, super five-star recommendation!

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

Fantastic stay at the lovely Rocase serviced apartments. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The service was impeccable, extremely polite and they even spoke English! They couldn't have been more helpful. The food at the buffet was good, though it's a small selection (as it is a boutique hotel, it's small in size). I would suggest perhaps varying a couple of small things in each day just to offer variety - even just the addition of another jam or cereal as well perhaps (although that's a very foreign thing). The restaurant staff were so lovely and went to all the trouble to take coffee orders, offer freshly made omelettes or wonton soup etc. one more suggestion for the serviced apartment would be to provide basic cutlery/plates in the room. There are wine glasses and tea making things, which is great, but no wine opener and nothing to put food on. Though if I was staying for more than a few nights I would buy my own, it's cheap. The location is fantastic, super close to Nanchang walking street, which I really enjoyed wandering around! Overall, great stay.
