Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

We have stayed before in other Intercontinental in China but the one in Wuxi was amazing I travel for business in China and staying at a good hotel is important to have a good rest after a hard working day. Our house keeper Alli Dai.did and awsome job and made pur days pleasant.

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

Upgraded to a family room, the corner balcony view is very good. The hotel breakfast is very good for this price, and the service is also very good. The nearby Sunac Park is very crowded in the off-season, there is no queue for anything, and it is very fun to play. I highly recommend it. The ski resort of Sunac Mall is relatively small, there are many torpedoes, and it is average. There is also Xuelang Mountain nearby, you can drive up, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery.

I came to Wuxi for a 2-day trip during the Qingming Festival. As an IHG member, I usually choose Crowne Plaza/InterContinental. I visited Huishan Ancient Town on the first day. I searched nearby and found the Crowne Plaza was the closest, so I went there to stay. The front desk lady Echo Si was kind and sweet. Because I used points to redeem room upgrades on Ctrip, the lady immediately helped me make the best choice. Nai Si! The room was on the 19th floor and was big enough. However, I have a small complaint that the room had a peculiar smell. It felt like it came from the carpet. The hardware facilities were relatively old and the air conditioning temperature was not very low. Overall, the service was perfect, but the hardware was a little worse😅

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

I came to Wuxi on a business trip and stayed for several days. There is a Wanda Plaza around, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel lobby is high-end and atmospheric. The hotel facilities are complete, and the front desk service is very good. David at the front desk helped me arrange the original room and sent my luggage to the room in advance. The lady boss is very nice, the room is spacious, and the window opens onto the room with a perfect view on the second floor of Lingshan Giant Buddha. The breakfast is porridge cooked by the lady boss herself, and the side dishes are particularly delicious. There are 6 of us in a family room, and we originally booked tatami mats. But there is no view on the third floor, so the landlady immediately coordinated and gave us a round bed room on the second floor. This room is especially suitable for couples. My daughter was very happy to sleep on a round bed for the first time. She said it was better than a five-star hotel. She especially recommended going to Lingshan Giant Buddha. My friend checked in and was able to reach his accommodation in 2 minutes after coming out of the temple. I highly recommend this store.

Initial plan was to stay at the Orange hotel near Wuxi railway station but was fully booked so stayed here instead. But it turn out to be a blessing in disguise. This location is so convenient. There is a family mart next to the hotel, the Metro entrance is next to the hotel, there are many great eateries within 2-5min walk away from the hotel. Inside the family mart, you have access to excellent coffee 24hrs. In the morning, there's also warm soya milk drink. The room itself has an outdoor area where I can smoke while taking a break from work. With this outdoor area, the bedroom remains smoke free. Simply excellent. The city view faces the sanyang plaza area where the brightly-lit buildings spruce up the quiet of the night. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of simple local and western dishes which make excellent breakfast! This hotel is simply great value for money!
