My stay here truly exceeded all expectations, and I absolutely have to give them a glowing review! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the staff, who so thoughtfully upgraded our room. Checking in late in the evening, their service and attention to detail were absolutely exceptional. I honestly hadn't expected much, but was completely taken by surprise – my impression of the hotel instantly soared! The upgraded room itself was absolutely fantastic – incredibly spacious with a very practical layout. Both the furniture and bedding felt luxurious and refined, making for an extremely comfortable stay. I slept like a baby, waking up completely refreshed and without any travel fatigue. (Just a minor suggestion: the existing child barrier might be a bit too low for a toddler around 1 year old.) Another small detail that truly warmed my heart: when I casually asked a staff member in the hallway one evening for recommendations on good local food, I was incredibly impressed by their patience. They not only suggested several restaurants popular with locals but also thoroughly described each one's signature dishes and exact addresses. They even clearly explained the most convenient way to get to each spot. Following their recommendations, we definitely didn't hit any duds – every meal was fantastic! Overall, this accommodation experience was absolutely perfect. Both the facilities and the service were incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, warm service attitude, clean and hygienic. It is suitable for business trips or short trips. Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to take a taxi and there are many breakfast shops nearby. It is recommended to add some things to the minibar in the future.

When I came to Wuxi during the Qingming Festival, I randomly booked the Gloria Hotel, which was very cost-effective. Miss Wang Li at the front desk enthusiastically upgraded our room for free. The hotel has convenient parking, sufficient charging stations, and the room is clean and tidy.

The holiday atmosphere is really strong, the meals are delicious and unique, Xiao Pang is very sincere, treats guests attentively, and the service attitude is very satisfactory. The decoration design style of the hotel is novel and elegant. It has more humanized service than the surrounding hotels of the same price, and the price is affordable and beautiful. This time I came to Wuxi to participate in the World Youth Fencing Championships🤺 competition. It was my first time staying in a serviced apartment and I felt great. The room was clean and tidy. You can overlook the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake from the room. There is a 24-hour unmanned store on the second underground floor. The transportation is also very convenient. Metro Line 4 can reach Harbour City in one stop. I tasted delicious food such as Wuxi Xiaolongbao. It is only two stops to the competition venue. Due to the strong wind, the boat to visit Taihu Lake in Yuantouzhu was not open, which was a little regretful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Wuxi.

Details make the perfect experience: The gym is located on the upper floors of the hotel. The greenery of Shangxian River Wetland Park outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is perfectly integrated with natural light, injecting vitality into the exercise. Although there is no full-time coach, the service of the team (including pool lifeguards and front desk support staff) far exceeds expectations: proactive care and flexible response: Every time I enter the gym, the staff will take the initiative to hand over ice towels and mineral water, and carefully ask if the equipment parameters need to be adjusted. When I was doing morning exercises, I found that I was used to getting up early, and the team even opened the area in advance to ensure that the training was not restricted. The environment is meticulously maintained: the equipment area is always kept clean, lifeguards regularly inspect and disinfect the equipment, and even the placement angle of the dumbbells has been adjusted, showing a professional attitude in the details. Safety and relaxation are equally important: In addition to ensuring safety, the pool lifeguard will also recommend appropriate stretching exercises and remind you to drink water after exercise, just like an invisible ”health consultant”. Front desk service: efficient and warm The reception of front desk staff Katherine made a good start for the journey. She quickly checked in and clearly introduced the hotel's dynamic lines. Although the contact was brief, her friendly smile and professional response made people feel like spring breeze. This hotel perfectly combines local culture with modern services, especially the gym team redefines the ”self-service fitness” experience with meticulous care. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a place of inspiration worth recalling again and again!

This Atour Hotel is unexpectedly good! The geographical environment is very good, everything is close, and there is an elevated highway when you go out. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The waiter has been paying attention to the food and immediately adds food when he finds that there is not much. The restaurant also provides free porridge in the evening, which takes good care of the guests' stomachs. The bedding is also very comfortable. It feels like sleeping at home. I have to give a thumbs-up to the All Seasons Hotel. Upon arriving and entering the lobby, I was greeted by a fragrant aroma. I asked the front desk and learned it was called Zen Tea, which I loved. The young woman at the front desk even offered me a scent that smelled like perfume. It was quite a surprise, and the service was truly excellent. Upon entering the room, the bed was perfectly made, clean, and tidy, which was comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless, which reassured me. Although I'm not a big gym fan, the fitness equipment here is truly excellent. My friend commented that it's rare to find such good fitness equipment at an All Seasons gym, which is a real plus. And then there's the breakfast. The hotel offers a wide variety of options, from noodles, wontons, soup dumplings, porridge, stir-fries, pastries, fruit, milk, and drinks. And it tasted delicious too. The restaurant is also elegant, with a cozy little courtyard outside. The staff are warm and attentive. In fact, my main concern was the hotel's ambiance. There's a small garden right at the entrance of the hotel. It's actually quite large, and the scenery is quite nice. It's also a great place for taking photos. I'm very satisfied with my stay and will recommend this hotel to more friends. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain such high standards and provide quality services to more guests.
