That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

Boutique hotel in a big office building. Bath tub and bed were both amazing. Had a great sleep and restful baths. The breakfast was so so but I had a good stay. Service was good. Excellent location. Would stay again.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn Express for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. The carpet was not that clean and check out was before 2pm but we can’t access our room at 1:15 to get our things after lunch. The SPA experienced was very good. Suggestion to put also 1 staff who can understand English language so if we call for some information on the phone we can understand each other. Great location. Thank you

The location is good, close to the hospital. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance. There is a McDonald's and a supermarket on the first floor. There is a place to eat opposite, and robots can deliver takeaways. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, I like them very much. I personally find the bath water to be gentle, and I won’t adjust the size. Breakfast is OK. The smart toilet has a sensor night light when you wake up at night. There are 2 types of pillows, I like them 😍 The quilt is soft. The bed is also good

Go to Wuxi to find friends to play and live near home all season. The location is very good and very spacious, and the room is big enough. If there is a need, the front desk will also help to watch the laundry, and the younger brothers and sisters are very good. The room in the north will be noisy, very warm to call in advance to let the room change. The room feels a little vegetarian. For example, the bathroom can add paper, and then the hair dryer may have a problem. The wind is very small and the hair is basically not dry. It is recommended to overhaul it regularly. ～ There is breakfast in general, you can buy it without adding money.
