This hotel is truly excellent! After a long search for a hotel, I ultimately chose this one for its sky lobby, anticipating a quiet and peaceful stay. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to confirm our room arrangements and thoughtfully assigned us two connecting rooms. Once we checked in and opened the connecting door, the kids were absolutely thrilled! And the breakfast? Also spectacular! To my pleasant surprise, they even gifted me a tea set upon check-out! 😂 The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area, saving us the hassle of constantly shuttling between different attractions. An added bonus, especially in the humid southern climate, is that staying on a high floor effectively avoids the common dampness and musty odors often found in hotels. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, practically in the city center, with a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment facilities right downstairs. It's also conveniently located near attractions such as Huishan Ancient Town and Yuantouzhu. The hotel's cleanliness was generally good; my only minor suggestion would be for the bathroom floor to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. The facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk service was quite good. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is well decorated and relatively new. Facilities: Share the elevator with Orange Hotel, swipe the card to get on the elevator, there is an elevator dedicated to Atour Hotel Service: The bottled water in the room is from Nongfu Spring, and it is well equipped. Tissue boxes and toilet paper are well equipped. The room is spacious and the overall accommodation feels quite comfortable

This hotel is for staying with mother and baby. The play area on the first floor is really my daughter's favorite. She doesn't even want to go out to play. The room is also very clean, the service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich. I am very satisfied with this stay. The location is very good. I also walked to Chong'an Temple in the evening. It is very close. I will recommend it to friends who go to Wuxi.

I was passing through on a business trip and the accommodation was very good. The environment was nice. There is a laundry room on the second floor with washing and drying functions. The front desk staff told me that the laundry room is free for guests to use during the opening period. It is a very humane move! The service is very attentive and the room rate is reasonable!

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

The boss is very beautiful and gentle, and I was pleasantly surprised after checking in! The location of the room is super good! You can also see the whole process of sunset! And you can see the landmark building, the Kongfu Building, etc.! And commuting is super convenient! After going downstairs, walk 10 meters to the subway entrance! Although the weather forecast showed cloudy when I came, the visibility was still very high! Check-in was also very convenient and fast, and the hotel front desk can store luggage and personal belongings by yourself! When I came to Wuxi, I chose to stay in the city center. Choosing this hotel is definitely a good experience! I will definitely visit Wuxi again next time! Living on a high floor, it’s really a good experience to see the distant scene through the floor-to-ceiling windows! The elevator is very stable and fast! There are quacks in the room! It is very suitable for good friends to stay on weekends and holidays! But everyone should pay attention that many large landmark buildings will turn off the lights around 11 o'clock, so if you want to see a better city night view, it’s best before eleven o'clock! The facilities in the room are also really complete! Washing machines, kitchenettes, refrigerators, TVs, and everything else are available. Disposable utensils are also complete, and even laundry detergent is available! The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, which is very hygienic and convenient! The room is also very smart, with simple and elegant decoration! There is no need to say much about hygiene, it is clean and tidy as you can see with your naked eyes! In short, when you come to Sanyang Plaza, choosing this hotel will definitely give you a great experience before and after check-in!

Great stay here! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Room is very comfortable and clean. Amenities are very convenient, washing room is very clean and easy to use, suitable for backpack travellers like us.

I have stayed 9 nights then an additional two nights in this service apartment. Located right in the middle of the CBD with easy access to the subway station. The view on the 41st floor was amazing. The cooking facilities and washing machine made travelling easier. My butler Phoebe was very attentive and always look after my needs. Will definitely stay again in this hotel when I am in Wuxi in the future. P.S. There are not many hotels in Wuxi that have swimming pools. Ascott central has a nice indoor pool which I used every night. There is also a spa, a steam room and a sauna. Unfortunately the spa and the sauna were not functional during my stay.

Located at the subway entrance, one stop from Wuxi Station. It is also very close to the Sanyang Square business circle. There is a food street nearby and various local dishes. There is a northeastern dish downstairs. There is a hospital opposite. It is quite convenient if a family of young and old travels. The room is small, but the distribution is reasonable, the wet and dry separation, the shower and toilet are large. The corridor design room design is also more elegant, relatively new and clean. The room has two comfortable chairs and a round table. You can make tea and rest.
