Convenient location nearby metro line and shopping area. High rise with great views. Friendly staff.

At first, I was wondering whether it is a right choice to book a different hotel on my 2nd visit to Wuxi however, I decided to give it a go. We are satisfied with it. 1) Our room was ready earlier than the check in time. 2) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable without any unpleasant smells. We slept like a baby LoL 3) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The front desk always serve us a cup of hot tea whenever we are the counter 4) Free laundry service provided 5) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay again next time.

Spent a great short weekend in Wuxi with convenient studio accommodation. Wuxi offered the classic Jiangnan night-street feel alongside feed for my historical appetite. The museum had some interesting features, and the Taibo temple in Meili old town was beautiful.

Great stay here! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Room is very comfortable and clean. Amenities are very convenient, washing room is very clean and easy to use, suitable for backpack travellers like us.

This stay really impressed me! First of all, I must praise the hotel's service ~ from the front desk to the guest room, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, the location is even better! The hotel is in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, eating, drinking and playing super convenient! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and very quiet at night. I will definitely choose here next time, and I highly recommend it to friends who are pursuing convenience and quality!

A very luxurious hotel right in the middle of city center with a jaw dropping view, and perfect price! It was very advanced, everything was smart, the facilities were so much more than complete! I really loved it. And one last thing, during the night time, the view is going to shine brighter than the Sun, it's magnificent!

We liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

The hotel is one subway stop away from Wuxi Railway Station. It is in the downtown business district with convenient transportation. The front desk lady upgraded the superior king-size bed room to the 23rd floor with a view. The room is large and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The hotel is more than 200 yuan and has a high cost performance. The hotel has breakfast, laundry, and gym, but it feels like breakfast is outsourced. I went to eat once during my three-night stay, and I went there early at 7:30. There were not many dishes and they were cold. I didn't go there later.

Holiday Inn is very well located right beside the Wuxi train station. Connected at Level 2 allows an easy access to the train station and the various eateries around. Excellent hotel service who provided clear instructions as well as good support to all the questions that we may have. In particular, Phoebe helped us with the check in, she was friendly and very helpful in letting us know how to get around Wuxi and provided us a map around the key scenic areas for our short stay. The stay was exceptionally comfortable with options of hard/soft pillows, clean and smoke-free rooms. Hotel beds were super comfortable and big. Certainly a highly recommended hotel for families with kids, couples and etc.
