I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

The overall experience is very good. I am satisfied with the whole process and feel valued. The personal check-in experience is very good. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is 100 meters away from the Sanyang Square subway station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is only two stops away from Wuxi Railway Station. The hotel is opposite to Hang Lung Plaza, where there are many places to eat. Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel lobby environment is very good, the facilities are very new, and the bed is comfortable. The service manager Fan Fan is very enthusiastic, professional and meticulous. He can help me patiently answer various questions and recommend me to eat the special food around. There are also Nanchang Street and Nanchan Temple Food Street. The breakfast variety is rich and delicious, with both Chinese and Western styles, and freshly cooked noodles and wontons. The room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is high-end, the view is good, and the night view is also very good. There is also a gym and laundry room on the 7th floor. For business guests like me on business trips, it is very friendly and cost-effective. I will stay here again when I come to Wuxi next time.

The hotel's sanitation is pretty good. There is only a small round table on the balcony, and it would be better if there were chairs. The front desk lady Ruan was very warm and thoughtful, and recommended delicious restaurants and cruise ships to me. My family was very satisfied. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. When I left the hotel, I was given water and fruit, which was very considerate! I will choose to stay here next time I go to Wuxi.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided. One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! We are nearby residents and often pass by the hotel. When relatives come, we book a room. It is really good, with new facilities and high cost performance. The superior king-size bed room gave us a free upgrade to a wooden king-size bed room. Usually check-out at 2 o'clock, and it is free to extend to more than 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Below the hotel is the Jinlun Commercial Plaza, shops, clothing stores, fast food, and some restaurants on the first, second and third floors, including Northeastern cuisine, Singaporean cuisine, Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, hot pot, and Korean cuisine. There are also several Starbucks, Burger King, Grace, convenient life, and free parking in the underground garage. I sincerely recommend it! I will choose it again in the future!

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

Kayla at the front desk welcomed warmly, checked in efficiently, and carefully informed the hotel facilities. The room was spotless and the items were neatly arranged. The bathroom has complete toiletries and excellent quality, soft towels, stable hot water supply and convenient water temperature adjustment.
