This hotel has a good location and there are supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. The room was very small with a very disappointing design and no basic amenities such as tissues and tea bags. After turning on the air conditioner , water drips from it. Breakfast was mentioned at the time of booking, but the breakfast was so simple that it was not even a meal.

Very good location, equipment and cleanliness. Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast was disgusting though, only a breakfast bag with warm yoghurt and other not very tasty stuff.

服務：前台服務很好，不管是在體驗感提供或者選擇方面的意見都很到位。
環境：我選的房間雖然是無窗，但是基礎設備應有盡有，而且配備桌子和小沙發以及電視，房間無味，休息床很乾凈、舒適，衞生間乾淨，環境好。
衞生：每天定點打掃衞生，高效整潔，好評！
設施：設備齊全，一樓洗衣機、公共設施，房間設施都很不錯，床邊照明燈很貼心，空調也很乾凈、製冷效果很好很快。
總的評價就是非常到位，吊打同類同價位酒店賓館，第一次去無錫，賓館很值得推薦。
