They give me free upgrade. Room is great. Room is large and clean and have good water pressure. Bed is big and comfortable. Service was excellent. They have good customer service who are friendly. Will come back again for future stay.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the style is nice and the facilities are complete. The room is large and well-lit, bright, clean and hygienic, with details in place. The bed is very comfortable, the hot water comes quickly and the shower is comfortable. 有幸入住白玉蘭酒店，因為是春節期間入住，首先酒店佈置就很喜慶，還備了很多點心水果以及水無限供應，房間比想象中的好太多，首先是大，有沙發茶几，其次衞生間很乾凈，淋浴房也比較大，離開酒店時還得到了禮物，感謝酒店的貼心服務！
