是真的無語 入住兩天 第一天晚上8點旁邊還有人在裝修
第二天 入住南塔進去之後發現有人住過根本沒人收拾 發訊息沒回打電話 跟來來了句“沒有阿姨打掃嗎”我真的無語 來反問我這個問題 後來跟我説給我升級個房間換個投影在貝塔那邊 然後我又提個行李箱到了貝塔這邊 發現根本沒有1526 給他發訊息又不回的 打電話説“這邊要是不想住可以申請退款”我是真的無語死了 就這麼一句話 也不知道説一聲不好意思的 搞錯了還這麼理直氣壯 這種公寓環境再怎麼好也會被客服做差 南塔説成貝塔 真是服了 要不是提着個行李不方便 鬼才住在這邊 這點小事都能搞錯 建議改公寓換個客服吧 認錯態度都沒有的 語氣像是自己錯了還不認的 無語

簡單的説:服務非常差！根據下午兩點入住的要求，達到目的地後，入住手續麻煩。預訂了帶窗雙床房，結果衹給一間無床大床房，房間空氣非常難聞，經過交涉後，終於給換了一間。第二天一早衞生間馬桶堵了，無法將便水沖下去。與酒店微信聯繫，回覆説:打掃阿姨要上午十點才能過來，讓我們耐心等待。最後沒辦法我們衹能提前退房，在外面上廁所。

環境真的很差，但老闆人不錯。這個房子是公寓，老闆把一間複式房隔成兩層樓。本身出遊是一件開心的事，遇上了樓下一個無理取鬧的女客，爭吵了一翻，很是氣氛，以後也確實不會再來此住宿。
