I've stayed here several times before. I find it very comfortable, convenient and very clean. There is a really good market downstairs as well as a Starbucks and a number of decent restaurants in the neighborhood including Western fast food and a good variety of Chinese restaurants. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Wuxi.

The place had a weird wifi that you cant scan unless you already have internet on your phone.
Otherwise nice place and rather clean.

The location is easy to find, or it can be difficult to find, there are no major instructions, and the air conditioner in the room can't heat, the water heater must not have enough hot water for bathing in winter, and the laundry detergent and other daily necessities in the room are not equipped with updating and refilling

走南闖北這麼多年，真的長見識了！加完班定的這個酒店，去到公寓停好車，發現上樓需要刷卡。衹能去大堂打電話給酒店，竟然關機了！等了幾分鐘繼續打，依然關機！衹能聯繫去哪兒客服，客服這邊一邊跟酒店溝通，一邊給我反饋。我説我就在大廳，把房卡送過來就行，也不知道什麼情況，就這樣又持續了一刻鐘左右，最後客服告訴我，她也聯繫不上酒店了！我要求退訂單，客服告訴我不行，讓我找個地方等她消息。哈哈，晚上9點讓我等一個不確定的房間！我果斷拒絕，在網上重新定了同一棟公寓另一個酒店！如果你要定這個酒店，勸你思考一下😭
