房間挺乾淨的，就是有點氣味，去年年初也住過，那時候氣味更大；設施也還可以，離火車站比較近，但是附近吃飯的地方有點遠，2公里內有個濕地公園，散步還可以

地理位置好，環境好，離東站也很近，交通也方便，服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨也很熱心，必須給大大的贊！大堂明亮，通風好，總的來説很不錯的，早餐也很棒，現煮的雞湯麪特別棒👍品種多樣化，點個贊

環境：周圍比較荒涼，挺安靜的，但是內部隔音一般 ，早上打車去無錫東不是很好去，滴滴打車能接單的司機附近不是很多，打車很困難。
衞生：浴巾有看見黑色污漬，不是很乾凈，反正自己出門有帶一次性的洗漱用品，就沒用酒店的。
設施：比較老舊，星程酒店按理説是華住旗下的中高端了，這個星程，地理位置不太好，設施略低於經濟型酒店。
服務：前台服務人員態度很好，很熱情。酒店行業屬於服務型行業，即使硬件條件有限，但周到熱情的服務，一樣也會讓旅客再次選擇你們家。
