性價比高，空調很新制冷效果佳，設施：公共區冰箱，房間提供洗衣機有的有微波爐、沒有電視。位置較好，離崇安寺、阿炳故居、東林書院較近

優點：
位置絕佳，就在市中心，附近名人故居、景點、商圈等步行可達；
前身是漢庭酒店，基礎設施都還在都好用，面積寬敞，且改成公寓後增添了冰洗衣櫃晾衣架，更加方便；
性價比高，不到一百元的價格可以説是寶藏公寓了。
缺點：
附近雖然吃飯很方便但便利店不多且貴，雖地處市中心，但地鐵和公交站需步行一段時間才可到達；
冰箱洗衣機長時間未清理，需自行清理桶自潔之後方可使用，毛巾浴巾與拖鞋均為一次性用品比較薄，且在入住期間不會給倒垃圾和更換備品，須自己向老闆要求；
該公寓更偏向長期出租，貌似不接受單晚住宿。

一分錢一分貨，畢竟便宜，對環境設備要求不太高，將就可以住的。不過衞生堪憂，進門就發現沒有打掃，蟑螂屍體還有。在衞生間還有活的蟑螂，被嚇到了，一晚上沒睡好，怕爬到床上。希望管理員能重視

衞生：洗手池很臟，有污水痕跡沒有打掃。廁所馬桶圈上用一次性浴巾擦了一下，臟的程度跟在水泥地上抹一下差不多，真沒想到能這麼臟……要麼從來沒打掃要麼上一個房客踩着上廁所的……直接一抹黑灰！
設施：設施都很齊全，是之前漢庭保留下來的。
環境：隔音就很差，隔壁燒水聲一清二楚，就跟隔了一張紙的距離……

來無錫旅遊，阿姨衞生打掃的還挺乾淨的，網絡速度快，位置就在市中心，性價比挺高的，節假日也沒漲價

老闆人很好，服務態度我很滿意。在她那裡洗衣服她免費提供洗衣液。而且我什麼問題老闆都熱心解決。很好的入住體驗。
