The hotel overall is satisfactory but the warm heating/air conditioning cannot be adjusted ourselves, which makes us very hot at night.

I think Atour is the Haidilao of the hotel industry. The service is impeccable. As long as you dare to ask, they will agree to it. I feel embarrassed. When I first checked in, I saw that I was given a free room upgrade for children. When I left, the flight was delayed and I could check out later. The brothers and sisters always greeted me with a smile. The room was simply and beautifully decorated, and most importantly, the bed was really comfortable. It completely exceeded my expectations.

This year, Wuxi is also a branch venue for the Spring Festival Gala, so I came to join in the fun🥰. I have always stayed at Atour Hotel. This is the first time I booked Atour X Hotel. I want to see what the difference is. The bedding is still as comfortable and good as always, and the service is still kind and considerate. On the first day of the New Year, I came to a different place to celebrate the New Year. The front desk lady directly helped me upgrade my room. The new year gave me a good start, and I was overjoyed and happy.
I have been to Wuxi several times before, but it was many years ago, and I am not familiar with it. I asked the front desk lady Qimi for a travel guide on WeChat. Qimi was patient and good, from attractions to food, from transportation to traffic, everything was very detailed and introduced in great detail.
I will stay here next time I come to Wuxi. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the service is considerate and kind. Our family of four is very happy to stay here.
