老居民樓，沒有電梯，停車位充足，小區門口有小商店。房東人很好，溝通順暢，推薦了附近的好飯店。
不過實話實説，這房子不推薦。首先衞生情況確實不怎麼好。甩幹後的床單就晾在房間裏，濕氣特別大。地面地毯臟臟的，小朋友赤腳走一會腳底就黑了。二樓是閣樓，沒有洗手間，而且房間裏的插座和燈的開關是連一起的，關燈後就沒法給手機充電。
感覺適合大學生或不拘小節的年輕人，大家湊合一晚或圖個新鮮，畢竟還有露台可以燒烤，周圍也很安靜。全家出行尤其有小孩的真的不推薦。

應孩子們的要求，如實來評價一下，照片拍的確實很好看，實際上沒有那麼好看，房子挺舊了，空調效果確實不太行，爬樓是五樓，沒有電梯，插座很少，也許是沒有對比沒有傷害，剛剛住了一個極好的民宿，不過怎麼説呢，總的來説，就還行吧，房東是挺客氣的，態度這些沒話説

公寓在一個小區裏面，房間跟圖片沒有差距，樓下停車位充足，小區很安靜，外賣能送到樓上，床墊很舒服，一晚上都睡得很好，廚房有冰箱，客廳有飲水機，客廳的大長桌適合大家一起聚餐和打牌。總的來説體驗很不錯

無錫性價比最高民宿，這個價格還這麼有設計感的民宿感覺無錫找不到第二家。寬敞，乾淨，漂亮，設備齊全，樓上天台超讚，晚上喝喝啤酒吹吹風不要太舒服。
房東也超級好，是個上天入地的（可以天馬行空，也可以腳踏實地）藝術家。還推薦了好玩的地方，堪稱此次出行最佳據點。
