我們是第二天趕早班機去昆明，所以從上海直接坐高鐵到無錫該酒店，首先酒店距離機場挺近的，打車約25元左右，因為是4:40就要出發沒有約到滴滴，酒店前台提供了出租車師傅電話，沒有耽誤行程，這點超棒！其次，住宿環境超級好，前台小姐姐還升級了房型，睡的超級舒服的。酒店附近也有挺多吃的，完全可以入住後出去吃點東西，超級喜歡的酒店。下次去無錫坐飛機，依舊會選擇該酒店。

房間馬桶有一根捲曲的毛髮，反映到前台小姐姐哪裡沒有任何歉意，冷冰冰的讓我下來換房？？？訂單有免費升級房型我問前台可以不可以換好一點的，前台説可以要補差價？？？房間也一點不隔音！半夜隔壁刷房卡的聲音也能聽的一清二楚！一夜吵醒好幾次服了

在無錫碩放機場附近，我們訂的早上7點20的機票，5點起床，5點半出門打車20分鐘到了，時間很充足。
訂的1.5米的床，前台小姐姐給免費升級了一個大床房。周邊也很安靜，睡眠很好。

前台小姐姐服務很熱情，因為外面冷，小姐姐很貼心的先遞上了一杯熱水，酒店有免費停車場很方便，辦理入住也很快，房間寬敞明亮主要很安靜，床上用品整潔舒適，客房阿姨非常熱情房間打掃也很乾凈
