Location is good. About 8 minutes from Wuxi railway. The customer service is great too. The bed was unfortunately dusty though. I was late for breakfast but they still allowed me to eat and the food was good too!

Ctrip rated this hotel five stars. I booked a deluxe suite. The hardware facilities were average overall, and the actual room was not as good as the pictures. I would also like to give some personal opinions.
1. The air conditioning in the room is not very good. It is set to 30 and the highest is only 20, which is very cold.
2. The decoration smells quite strong in the room. The room is usually cleaned without opening the window for ventilation, so the smell is quite strong when entering the door.
3. With the iteration of services today, takeaways can neither be brought upstairs nor delivered by robots. In the weather close to 0 degrees, guests can only go downstairs to get it themselves, which is very inhumane.
