Perfect service attitude and very clean hotel environment. I received great care and help and I am very grateful to one of the front desk receptionist - Song Xiaoqing(宋晓青）. She helped our family solve the problems that happened in Wuxi. Thank her so much! I will comeback to stay in this hotel again

房間很標準，床墊枕頭舒適，燈光控制也很好，服務很貼心，全季是我出差首選，非常好，很喜歡，服務特別標準，也很舒適。

房間忘記拍了，但是衞生很乾凈，服務也周到。
這個位置距離景點南長街十幾分鍾步行，屬於市中心了。整體很好的。性價比也可以

住了這麼多次全季，算是目前為止體驗最差的一次，主要原因在於房間竟然不能自己設定暖氣。
尤其是四月初的無錫的夜間天氣衹有10度出頭，加上自己來旅遊也沒有多帶厚衣服，每每回房間的時候都感覺清冷。
考慮過問問前台能不能調整暖風，但看到了温馨提示上已經寫明“中央空調將統一運行單一模式”，便失去了諮詢溝通的慾望。
另外一個小問題在於，洗澡的冷熱指示標識不明，關閉出水的位置和貼紙提示的位置不符，需要向熱水方向再擰一點才能完全關水。
真的很難相信這個價位的酒店會以這種邏輯設定統一運行的單一模式，難道不應該是氣温恆定的夏冬統一運行冷暖風，氣温多變的春秋讓客人自己調整嗎？
感覺到自己的感冒因此加重了。
有些許氣憤，感冒了人也不舒服，表述邏輯可能不佳，見諒。
不可能會再來這家店了，甚至對於全季這個品牌都留下了些許差印象。

這個酒店地理位置超級好，旁邊走幾步就是小婁巷，可以打卡無錫地標，而且還有公園之類的很美，都是本地人去的，更別説南長街這種地標，也是小黃車十分鐘就到了，真的很好！前台服務也超級好，就是早餐可以再加點種類，不過也理解，畢竟餐廳面積不太大。酒店也特別乾淨，還有小機器人，總而言之真的很棒！
