The hotel has a very grand lobby and guest facilities. Breakfast is plentiful but more cafeteria than restaurant in terms of quality. The rooms are large and well appointed but due for renovation.
There’s an outlet complex next door - all top brands but no bargains.

The room was spacious, well equipped, clean. The location is in walking distance to subway station so it is well accessible. Price is reasonable. Good restaurant in hotel. The staf is friendly and helpful. Good choice for stay in this area in Wuxi

I booked a room temporarily. The facilities are old and the service is average. The attitude of the receptionist is not very good. I don't recommend it. At this price, staying in a Four Seasons Hotel is much better than this.

I was doing something at home and had a relative come to visit. I booked two rooms. One relative didn't come on the day. I looked for the Ctrip page but there was no cancellation button. One room was not checked in. Later, I was too busy to call and negotiate. The hotel didn't call and Ctrip didn't remind me. Bad review!!! This kind of service is very irresponsible!!!
