The room was spacious, well equipped, clean. The location is in walking distance to subway station so it is well accessible. Price is reasonable. Good restaurant in hotel. The staf is friendly and helpful. Good choice for stay in this area in Wuxi

In General this is dark and cold hotel with limited english speaking services. The area of wuxi is not very developed yet with lots of construction ongoing nearby. It’s about a 1 km walk from Tanyi subway station which is convenient.
Hotel windows and room doors are drafty. Reading lights did not work well. Pandemic rules strictly enforced and travel codes along with 48 hour NAT checked.

The hotel service is professional, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the restaurant has a lot of delicious food, the service is very thoughtful, it makes people feel warm, the laundry room and gym are well-equipped, the room soundproofing is very good, the room service is also very timely, it is a great stay experience

The decoration style is 20 years ago, the hygiene and hardware are really average, and there is no service at all (even the front desk). Combined with the environment and facilities, it feels like a time travel to a guesthouse.

I was doing something at home and had a relative come to visit. I booked two rooms. One relative didn't come on the day. I looked for the Ctrip page but there was no cancellation button. One room was not checked in. Later, I was too busy to call and negotiate. The hotel didn't call and Ctrip didn't remind me. Bad review!!! This kind of service is very irresponsible!!!
