這是我第二次入住。第一次來時留下的印象很好，服務完善，態度和藹。設施齊全，停車方便，離靈山景區近。所以這次還是挑選了錦湖。結果發現比第一次都下降了一個檔次……由於天氣冷我們找到一根棉被裡麪居然有個大洞。。。棉被還是亂糟糟堆在櫃子裏的。入住的心情一下子變差。希望貴酒店能改進。其它都不錯。停車還是一如既往的方便，周圍吃的更多了。

前台服務熱情到位，因提前到酒店，未到入駐時間，故免費升級了房間。酒店設施有點老舊，隔音效果差，可以聽到隔壁間的説話聲。早餐是中規中矩的中式餐。酒店周圍環境可以，就是有點遺憾沒出門逛逛
