I don’t want to give it even one star. The air conditioner in my hotel smelled bad even after I changed rooms. The service staff said that they can refund my money but I have to apply for refund online because I booked online, but it has been 4 days now and there is no response. I called and didn’t pick up the room, and I didn’t check in that night 😑
