真不是黑子，攜程的第一個差評非他莫屬！！！ 酒店的前台永遠都沒人，辦入住的時候前台沒人，電話打死都沒人接，無奈之下衹能揹着行李先去景點…… 我訂了一間家庭房，中途打電話過來説，前一個房客沒退房，給我換成兩個普通的房間，還説的好像跟我佔了便宜一樣，可我明明為了住一起才訂的家庭房，才選你家好嘛！入住以後，房間的衞生更是無力吐槽，廁所水池黑的更是沒法看！ 酒店沒有停車場，停一晚上要30，跟前台説能不能跟老闆反應一下，各承擔一半。然後就沒有然後了……中途有事找酒店，全程聯繫不到人，前台沒人，電話沒人接，微信也不回。 第二天退房前台也是沒人，照樣不接電話。就沒見過這樣的酒店，全程沒有任何服務玩消失，停車費這麼貴，房間衞生堪憂。 請大家避雷，出行一定避開這！！！

入住期間衹有第一天到前台辦理入住的時候前台有人，後來就再也沒找到過人，前台電話不通，完全沒有服務的一個狀態。入住那天傍晚辦理完手續，來到房間發現衞生間下面有碎玻璃，前台説幫我們換房，我説沒關係，衹要清理一下就好，晚上回來的時候發現地上還是有一些殘渣的，因為太晚了也沒有再計較。 那天傍晚我開了房就跟朋友出去玩，到凌晨5:00到的酒店，想要前台重新做一個房卡，前台沒有人，撥打了前台預留的那個私人電話，對方接到電話之後説會安排人過來，然後就掛斷了電話，一直等到5:29的時候，前台那個人才到。中途打了他幾次電話都有掛斷，對方態度非常的差，我這裏後面幾段對話都有錄音。那個人過來之後給到我朋友一個處理方案是説可以送給我們延遲退房到明天中午的12點，我表示對這個處理方式有異議，但是當時已經是凌晨5:30，所以我選擇了先去房間休息，並且跟他這樣説希望在我睡醒之後的第二天可以一起重新商量這個事情，給到我一個答覆。 凌晨睡醒之後大概10點多的樣子，非常的渴，想起來房間找水和發現房間有免費贈飲的兩個放水的位置，可是上面沒有水，打前台的電話也打不通，非常的鬱悶，後來是自己燒了熱水，可是沒有涼水，根本沒有辦法一起喝。 又過了兩個小時，外面有阿姨過來打掃衞生的時候，有詢問是否可以拿水，阿姨回覆説老闆沒有給他們準備水，所以房間內是沒有純凈水這個東西的。 我表示非常的無語，繼續撥打前台的電話，仍然是沒有人接聽。於是撥打了12345，反映了這個情況，希望可以聯繫到相關人員，跟我這邊給我一個迴應。 然後我查看了房間裏面的消防器材是不全備的，床頭的消毒面具也已經過期，房間裏面也是沒有煙感和滅火器的，所以跟12345再次反映了這個情況，希望可以有相關的人可以聯繫到我，給到我這次入住體驗非常差的一個説法。 現在退房已經一週了，仍然沒有人聯繫我，其實房間實話實講，它的整體的硬件設施相對來講還是不錯的，三個月前我也住過這個酒店，感覺還是蠻好的，但是這一次前台完全是沒有服務人員在的狀態，我入住期間根本找不到工作人員，解決不了任何事情，他也滿足不了我任何需求，以及凌晨5:00接我電話的那個人服務態度極差，幾次掛斷我電話這件事情我是無法接受的。

酒店在市中心，周圍環境不錯，吃的逛的地方都挺多 設施稍微有點點舊，不過不影響使用體驗 服務人員的培訓還有進步空間
