The breakfast was tasteless, the milk was half water, the coffee had no coffee flavor, the variety was small and of poor quality. It seems that there is no chef, any waiter can help you cook noodles, it is so versatile. During the National Day, the price was 688, which was simply not worthy of the price. The front desk actually asked for a room card deposit. It was so backward that it made me know Wuxi again. Although the service is good and available on call, there is no refrigerator in the room. I have left my things in the refrigerator at the front desk and have not received a call from the hotel to remind me. Many hotels provide free breakfast for children, but this hotel actually charges a fee. This is the first time I have written so many reviews so seriously in the past few years. I hope the relevant departments can make rectifications after seeing this, otherwise the hotel will be in danger.

If you book a lake view, it doesn't matter if you can't see the lake. You can't open the curtains in the morning because people are eating on the grass outside. Is this also called a lake view room?

The power was shut off at 8 o'clock all night. The front desk service was particularly poor in the middle of the night. No lighting equipment was provided. If you can't reply directly, please change the place. 2: The bedding was not cleaned properly. My child and I both had a lot of red bumps on our bodies, not like mosquito bites. 3: The facilities are old. The shower head basically has no water. The fence around the lake is loose. The screen window fell down after being closed halfway. Fortunately, no one was hit. 4: The cleaning was not done properly and there were urine stains under the toilet seat! Friendly reminder, there are only two bottles of free water here. I remember this was not the case before. I have stayed in many other hotels. I have never heard of 3 yuan for a bottle of Jinmailang. Because of the power outage, there is no way to make milk powder for the children. It is so bad that it cannot be described in words. Apart from the good environment, it has nothing to offer. The key point is that their restaurant does not have any children's equipment in the hotel, except for baby chairs and tableware.

臨時決定去無錫，找到這個酒店太讚了。酒店離黿頭渚不遠，位置在濕地公園裡麪，周邊環境特別贊，自身的建築和裝修風格也很有人文氣息。酒店服務員都很熱情，很為客户着想。退房的時候有個**充電寶忘記在酒店了，酒店小哥及時致電給我，並幫我還掉了。酒店自帶餐廳，點心帶有無錫特色，味道很棒。下次還會選擇這裏。

早餐是我很滿意的點：並非千篇一律的自助，而是按季節定製的套餐。這次嚐到了手工薺菜餛飩、現烤梅乾菜燒餅，配上一盅燉了4小時的藕湯，食材多來自本地農户，吃得出的用心。 酒店設計風格：古今交融的美學空間 踏入大堂，原木色調與暖黃燈光交織出温馨氛圍，牆上的水墨畫、書架上的古籍、茶席上的青瓷茶具，處處透露出東方美學的巧思。客房以“禪意”為主題，簡約卻不失細節：藤編燈具、手寫書法箋紙、素色亞麻床品，讓人瞬間放鬆。最愛窗邊的榻榻米茶台，泡一壺酒店贈送的桂花烏龍，看窗外竹影搖曳，別有一番意境。
